Appalling service
Appalling service. Buyer beware, as other reviewers have experienced their terrible returns process. Whilst the item I ordered turned up, it was very poor so I wanted to return it. I have now found out that returns are to New Jersey in USA. The website is UK. The email is UK and I found nothing on their returns page that indicated they would not accept returns to their West Midlands address. I have now been offered a 50% refund and I expect this won’t ever appear. There are regs regarding distance selling and whether their actions breach these rules, I am not sure but customer service is just so out of step with 21st century expectations. I would avoid this company as you would bubonic plague.

It took me a month to finally order. Honestly, much better experience than expected. I'm happy with quality and my order came with no issues.

They won’t refund me
They won’t refund me! It took a long long time to receive the bathing suits. They were ridiculously small. They wanted pictures of the crotches before they would give me the return authorization. I returned the entire order weeks ago. They STILL have not returned my money. If I could rate them minus 10 I would

For all the lucky people who have given a five star I can only assume that you didn’t have to return any of your items if so you would most likely had the most terrible experience that I have had they do not give refunds. They will not accept your returns this is the worst company I’ve ever ever had the sad experience to use. Please read all the reviews . Surely all the 2 stars and below can’t be that wrong. I myself have had such a bad experience with the company trying to return unwanted items 3 months of constant emails and pleading hasn’t got me anywhere . If you like the items I’m sure you will have no problems but just be aware if you don’t . Be prepared to lose all your money .

Shipping slightly slower, sizing accurate. I chose smaller size for current weight, fits well. Will order bigger size for flexibility in case I gain a few pounds. Quality is great, exactly what I wanted!

great quality and fit
I ordered a suit from Walkonbeach and the size chart was perfect. It arrived quickly and the fabric is high quality. I've worn it twice to public events and gotten so many compliments.

I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-3 days). My order was not expedited - it was received 8 days after order. I reached out to customer service to request refund for the expedited shipping fee and was told that it was not possible. Will never order from this company again. Apparently this company is in China.

Waited 3 wks no order received I emailed responded after 3 days bathing costume out of stock so I asked for a total refund expecting nothing but I did receive one. Poor company.

Waited a very long time for the item
Waited a very long time for the item. When it finally arrived, the top fit but the crotch area hung down several inches too long. Very disappointed! It was an extra small.

Buyer BEWARE!!! I ordered from this company finally got a partial shipment 13 days later still waiting on the last suit! Sent an email for return info and these people want me to send pics of barcodes, labels, crotch of suits. One of the suits was shown with tassels and none came with the suit i purchased. 5 emails later they have outlined they will help me but i must send pictures and they still refuse to provide me with the return address info. This place is a complete joke! I will never order from Walkonbeach again. I've filed a claim with my CC company, this is unacceptable!

Purchase Never Get's Shipped
I completed my order on July 7, 2024. My shipping label was completed a few days later. Nothing else has happened and it is now July 17, 2024.
I wrote to customer service before posting this review and they said my order was on its way. It is not on its way.
This is the absolute worst company. I will give it 5 more days and then will cancel my order if it does not arrive.

Buy at your own risk
The product was not even close to the size I ordered. The bathing suit appeared to have been made for a child instead of an adult. It was incredibly difficult to return. To return it they wanted a picture of the crotch sticker, the original hang tags from the suit (there were no hang tags when I received it) and the original plastic bag. I will donate the suit to Goodwill rather than spending more money to return the bathing suit and not be sure I will receive a refund. If I accepted their offer to keep it and receive 30% of purchase price, I would end up with a suit I would have to donate and approximately $12.99. If I could have given them a zero I would have.

Terrible experience trying to return…
Terrible experience trying to return something. Emails went back and forth at least 3 times with them trying to make me keep the items by offering a 30, 50% refund. Finally I received the return address and a partial refund. I wish I had read reviews before. STAY AWAY unless you know you will keep your items. NOT WORTH IT, hopefully this "company" goes away soon.

Do not order from this company! I received a tracking # but it is a dead link. When I try to track my orders, it says I have no orders. No reply to my emails. I should have known when they didn't offer paypal as a payment option which would make it so much easier to dispute. They took my $ and I received no product
