Recycled swimsuits
I ordered two suits, four pieces total. They had obviously been worn or at a minimum tried on repeatedly. Of the four pieces, only one had a tag, one shoulder strap was torn and hanging by a thread and for the bottoms, both liners were skewed and had been misapplied. I would not buy from them again.

I'm always a little iffy about ordering online, but I gotta say, this walkonbeach tankini is great! The quality is amazing. Their sizing runs a tad small, but stick to the size chart and you're golden.

WARNUNG vor dieser Firma
Die Ware war gut, hat aber nicht gepasst. Anstatt Rücknahme, viele E-Mails von Walkenbeach. Soll Ware nehmen obwohl sie nicht passt, es wurde angeboten 30%, dann 50% zum Schluss 70% Preisnachlass. War verärgert und habe dieses Angebot angenommen damit ich meine Ruhe habe. Das versprochene Geld habe wie erwartet nicht zurück bekommen.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a minus star I would. I purchased 3 tankinis. It took weeks before I received them. The summer was almost over. When I finally received them, I could tell right away the quality of the swimsuit was poor. I didn't even open them. The next day I got in touch with customer service(a joke) I had to take pics of the crouch. I kept telling them I didn't even open them. They offered me only a 50% refund if I kept them. Why would I keep them??? I could go on & on....finally after 10 emails they sent a return address of which they wouldn't give me. Finally after 2 weeks they credited my account. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR WAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Their swimsuits are so cute and comfy! The material is really good quality. I had a little bit of an issue with sizing, but their customer service was super helpful to solve it!

Walk On Beach Swimwear
In July I purchased 2 swimsuits, I received them about July 26, 2024. The swimsuits were too small. I emailed the company a couple days later notifying them that I was requesting to return both items, asking them to email me the necessary info to return the swimwear. I have sent them 3 emails and they still have not provided me an address to return the swimsuits. On the website they only allow 30 days to return the items. I am very upset and frustrated with this company. Obviously this company does not take care of their customers. I would have scored them with a zero if your rating allowed me to. I will never order from this company again.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. It took almost three weeks for my order to arrive, the tracking number they sent via email was not legitimate and showed no information and their customer service email took 3+ days to even respond. Once it did, it seemed like AI or computer generated and not a real human. Also - they make you pay for returns. And most important - they quality of the items once received was poor. I will never do business with them again.

Run away from this fraudulent company
Ordered on June 23rd- on July 3rd I emailed them because I haven’t heard from them for a week.
They responded telling me the item is out of stock… why would you sell an item that is out of stock and not inform the customer that it is out of stock?
They said do I want to cancel or wait 1-3 weeks for restock. I said I’ll wait.
On July 24th I follow up with them -
On July 27th they tell me it’s still
Not restocked.
I ask for a refund and they say 3-15 days for processing and if I don’t get a refund within 30 days to notify them.
Horrible experience, horrible customer service. AVOID

I love the styles
I love the styles! I wish I could buy tops and bottoms separately. My chest is a different size than my waist and hips.

Slow shipping but good customer service and product
Great swimsuit fits true to size and good quality but shopping took two weeks. Assuming it was international but customer service responded well when I wondered why tracking wasn't showing me what I wanted.

Payed but never received a shipment
Payed but never received a shipment. 3 times email with the request to be paitaint and they will check what happened. However after 1.5 Month no goods but money is gone. Will now need to claim back via my credit card company. Be careful and consider well before ordering in such a shop!

40 days and I'm still waiting for my order...
I see so many people complaining about waiting 2 weeks for delivery, I have been waiting over a month and still have nothing. I made a purchase June 15th expecting the advertised 7 to 15 days. It is now July 25th and I still haven't received anything and there is no date yet listed as to when I can expect the shipment. I had to purchase other bathing suits for an upcoming trip and then obviously I will never be able to return these should they actually arrive.
