Steal your money and products
I recently purchased several items from Wallis and they use the delivery courier Evri. My parcel was not delivered safely as noone was home at the time of delivery and the goods were left on the front of the property in public display from the photo they provided. Now both Wallis and Evri are refusing to take responsibility for the undelivered goods. Both companies are crooks. They take your money for the goods and do not deliver them safely, my bet is the items were taken by Evri as their photo shows the goods in their possession but not delivered. Wallis are refusing replacement of the goods or a refund. Therefore, you cannot safely order goods from this company. If their courier fails to deliver safely you are left to pick up the cost of their poor and unreliable service, even though Wallis are happy to use them as their delivery. Do not trust the non existent customer service of either of these companies.

also avoid DBZ-Store via an outlet as this is who claim they have refunded but are still taking payments i cant now stop! Will contact bank next!
Be careful ordering from walls
Be very careful ordering from Wallis they charged me £18 to send 3 dresses back it’s disgusting I understand posting fee but then they charged me a return fee then a extra fee of £12.50 still don’t quite understand that I did complain and the answer I got was can we help with anything else I don’t think so you can’t even help this time will never order anything again

Unacceptable customer service
If I could I would give it zero! Ordered three dresses, kept one returned two. Returned dresses on 15th April. Package with the two dresses in delivered back to me! Have been trying to resolve this situation since 21st April it’s now 27th April! I have been sent round and round in circles but have had no success in returning the dresses which when I looked at my account today are now outside of the return window! I have bought lots from Wallis in the past but will have to think carefully about ordering again as this level of customer service is unacceptable!My order no: DUX053010261 just incase anyone from Wallis would care to help! Impossible returns
Have been trying to activate return for two days and still no link, will only stay at stage 1 of the return, will not allow 'continue' and high value of goods being returned. Will never use again. No phone contact allowed and message portals down.

Trying to get a refund for items they've received is near on impossible, they have no contact email, no telephone number, a WhatsApp and message unsupported chat.
They have the nerve to slyly charge you for an insurance which says covers you when infact it doesn't, charge you for delivery and returns so it costs them nothing!!
They're unethical and are breaking so many consumer online selling laws they should be prosecuted. Debenhams, Wallis, boohoo is all the same company. I would advise to stay away from them all.
I am currently in a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Absolutely appalling company.
Very bad experience
I have ordered 2 jumpers from Wallis on 5 April. Its been in progress since and yesterday was last deadline of delivery. I did contact them by email and they said to wait for delivery deadline. I contacted them by messenger and they just kept telling me wait till 9pm, when I messaged them after 9pm, they said they will transfer me to another agent but now they have completely stopped replying. I just want a refund for my order asap and no one is getting in touch. Order number DUX053364282

Do not buy from Wallis. I returned all items I purchased but was short changed by £20. They have no customer service phone number and Ive been going round in circles receiving the same automated message replies. They are committing fraud in my opinion.

Do not buy from this company. Wallis, Dorothy Perkins and Debenhams were bought by Boohoo and all the stock is sent from DBZ warehouse. I ordered some trainers that said they were Oasis. What I actually got were really cheap looking unbranded trainers that you could buy at a market. It's a rip off and what you think you're buying is not what you get.
I sent it back through InPost and did get my money back. But they take £1.99 to process each refund!
It's a blatant money grab. Stay far away from this company.

Ordered £233 worth of clothing, returned all 5 items and I've only received a refund for 4 of them. I am missing £47.50.
I've tried the only way to contact them via Messenger - clearly just a bot.
It says someone will contact me further... I guess not.
Might try Resolver as I see others have had success via that route.
Otherwise it's a credit card claim.
How do these companies get away with operating like this?
Debenhams was such a trusted and valued high street brand. Never again.
Awful customer service and ongoing
Have been trying to return a regatta coat ordered through Wallis, first the returns portal refused to recognise my order no, contact customer services, they sent link to print out returns label, now , even though I have sent copies of the order, label and return receipt several times, still getting nowhere , awful company to deal with, will never buy from them again . Still no indication of when refund will be sent
Update, they now want me to try and retrieve the parcel from the address they sent me a link to, unbelievable!

Shocking customer service
Returned items to value of £300 using pre paid returns label December 2025 and still chasing refund. Raised claim with Royal Mail as instructed by Wallis, Royal Mail admit to loosing package and advised that contractor, Wallis, are to raise claim as it was using their pre paid returns label. Getting bounced back and forth between the two while I’m out of pocket £300! Shocking customer service! Messaged Mr Kamani on Insta today.

I paid extra for some “seel scam protection” which was £8! I have had emails from other companies but not Wallis. You click on the communications icons none of them work. You cannot email or phone! This website is a con! Please do not order or trust them!

No refund
No refund! They received the returned item 13 March but yet to refund me. The only way I've been able to find to communicate is via Messenger and it's a robot that talks to you. When they say they'll pass to an agent, it goes silent. Won't ever order from this company again. Wish I read the reviews.
None of their email links work either. They sent me an email to review the product but no, can't do that either. Couldn't make this up!
Avoid Ordering Online
They try to take money from you for unnecessary extras such as a "Protection Fee", which I thought was cheeky. Then when you return items they also charge you a return fee too.
I would avoid ordering Wallis clothes online again. it's a shame because they have some nice pieces.
