Rhys and John did an incredible job across both our bathrooms and WC. They were patient with me from the beginning as I had a very clear idea of what I wanted and they were really helpful sourcing the parts we needed as well as letting me go ahead with my own design ideas and plans.

Rhy and John did an excellent job in designing and installing a full bathroom with bath, shower, etc. The computer 3D design was really helpful. They helped to select the fittings and Rhys actually came with us to choose tiles. They were very clean, helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend them. You would not be disappoined.

Rhys and John done an amazing job on our bathroom. It's only a small space and we were on a tight budget, and they gave us the best advice on how to make it work while still creating a big transformation. A professional finish, and bonus points for being super clean and tidy.

We have used Rhys and John many times and have always been satisfied with their workmanship, this occasion was no exception. They transformed our tired looking downstairs toilet into a nice bright room offering ideas and suggestions as they went along. Nothing is too much trouble and we will use them again.

Rhys and John did an amazing job designing and installing my shower, I didn’t have to do anything. They arranged the deliveries and the installation went smoothly and really quickly. And they were very neat and tidy, I would highly recommend them.

Rhys and John replaced our tired bathroom with a stunning modern bathroom and shower. The work is immaculate and is everything we hoped for. They kept us in the loop throughout making suggestions and ensuring we were happy with outcomes. They are very tidy workers and ensure the impact of the work is kept to a minimum. Easiest review I have ever given!! From start to finish Rhys and John were absolutely fantastic. Great design, great workmanship and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. We told them what we wanted and they made it happen. Our old bathroom was a right mess so everything needed completely stripped out, including walls and parts of the floor. Everything was clean each day and nothing left a mess. They completed the job in the exact timescale they said they would. Thank you!!

Today Rhys and John ( Ward & Stuart ) completed our new bathroom. What an amazing job they have done. Both are highly skilled in all aspects of their profession. From start to finish they have kept us informed and advised of every decision and helped us make the right choices. Cannot thank these two friendly, professional and reliable lads enough. We have no hesitation about recommending Rhys and John their workmanship is perfection

We moved into our house in January, and there was a dank wetroom downstairs, with several pointless walls separating it from the toilet. No bathroom upstairs.
We asked Rhys to come and see us after seeing what a great they had done with a neighbour’s bathroom. I explained that if possible we’d like a shower room upstairs, bath and utility room downstairs. He took measurements, planned it all out and came back with suggestions and some stunning mock-ups.
There was a huge amount of work to do, they started in July and it somehow was all completed in a month!! During this time, Rhys and John were amazing. Apart from being highly skilled, they are really reliable (no disappearing off to other jobs for several days!), very hard working and just lovely guys. Really friendly and will take the time to explain what they are doing and ensure you are informed every step of the way.
They also have a great eye for what looks good as well as what works, so you can trust that they’ll do a fantastic job.
Their work has transformed the house into a home, and they are easily the best looking rooms in the house!! Thrilled that we came across these two, thanks again John & Rhys!!

We’ve just had an en suite and bathroom replaced by Ward and Stuart. They were recommended by our son and daughter in law who said they’d done a great job for them. They weren’t wrong .. Rhys and John are two of the nicest people and they do an amazing job! Nothing is too much trouble, even when we’ve changed our minds about anything. We can honestly say from first meeting Rhys at the design stage to completion they have been first class. They were very respectful of our home and brought all kinds of coverings to protect surfaces. At the end of each day nothing had to cleaned .. they’d already done it. We wouldn’t have any hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend to others
