Rhys and John have turned a small, dark bathroom in to a light, airy, and aesthetic space. From the get go, Rhys helped us to bring our ideas to life with designs that worked for us whilst sourcing only the best and sustainable resources.

Throughout the installation, both Rhys and John worked to a high standard. Clearing up before they left, and communicating everything that they were doing that day and how they were moving forward. Nothing was ever an issue or too much hassle, they kept us in the loop each day, made sure we were involved in any decisions.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else having had the experience we have had.

Genuinely couldn't fault them, very polite and always tidied up after themselves. They were really good at giving me advice on what to do and what to choose. They barely took a break and you could tell they are masters of their craft.

We had a utility room completely redone, tiled floor and wall with particularly tricky hexagonal tiles, and plumbed in a new toilet and sink. It all looks great, we'd look to hire them again for future work, but hopefully not too soon as I'm broke.

We engaged Rhys and John to replace an existing shower enclosure which was leaking.

We had clear communication throughout, from initial contact, through arranging the job and them providing advice on some other problems we had been having.

In completing the job, they arrived when they said they would, were clean and tidy and performed the work efficiently and to a high standard with fair pricing. They added in a couple of smaller jobs as well that we had requested. We are very pleased with all the work and our finished shower cubicle is superb.

Rhys and John completed two jobs for me, the replacement of a shower and enclosure with new lighting and extractor in a family bathroom and the refurbishment of an en-suite which included wall and floor tiling. They laid protective carpet coverings before starting the work and communication/consultation before and during the job was good. They turned up on time and stayed on the job until it was completed within their estimated timescale. They worked conscientiously and to a high standard, producing a quality finish. I am very satisfied with the results and would use them again. Having workmen in your home is often a stressful experience but the pair worked and behaved in an impeccable manner and others in the trade could learn a few lessons from them.

Can’t recommend this company enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. From design to installation it was seamless. They liaised with our builder and had to work around his delays and offered up solutions to his build problems. Nothing was too much trouble for Rhys & John. We have the bathroom of my dreams, an amazing luxury en suite bathroom. Can’t thank them enough. I love it. When we have shown it to visitors they want to know who did the tiling and installation.
