From the minet i paid they didn't want to no damaged cubbards missing doors missing hinges over 100 phone calls the quality was Micky mouse found out i could of bought the same kitchen in better quality from a diy store i only got the last door today nearly ,3 months after i paid there attitude is disgusting

I went into swiftsave to ask advice on my bathroom unit and sink,
There were 2 people on the front desk one didn't seem as if he wanted to speak as he kept his head down.
The other one was the most awful man supposed to be the manage.
He complained that it was our fault that he couldn't eat his sandwich .and we tried to explain the problem and was shouting and saying he couldn't help us so we said we would look round for a drink while he eat his sandwich . Within a couple of minutes he come racing down with the sandwich in his mouth and complaining that we had upset him.
I had picked up a small sink and said I think this will do and he shouted it won't do and was so unhelpful we just walked out of the shop in sheer disgust as I was getting fearful of him.
We went to another local plumbing place and they said it wouldn't be a problem and they could do the job.
I had asked to see the manager at swiftsave and the unpleasant man said he was the manager.
Never will I visit that place again the front counter is absolutely Awful

Bought a Kitchen, Walk in Wardrobe and Utility Room. Great service from the team and excellent quality.

Had new worktops and appliances. Mark advised us with expert knowledge on what would be best for us. Completed job is absolutely fantastic! Kevin the fitter was first class we really are pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you all Pat and Wal.

Fantastic service, I went in for a replacement lock they didn't have it but the manager helped me find it elsewhere. Even gave me ideas on how to lock my door until I could get a lock replacement. Thanks

Annette is lovely & nothing is too much trouble.Also the warehouse staff are good.
Sadly the counter staff are awful.
I found them to be rude,impolite,unhelpful impatient,indifferent,blunt, & totally lacking in customer service & people skills.
The boss even tore a strip off his staff in front of a shop full of customers ( myself included) shouting & swearing at them & belittling one worker in particular which i thought was particularly unpleasant to witness.
I spent thousands of pounds with this company but
I will never use this company ever again & certainly will not recommend this place to anyone..

After having a kitchen fitted by swift save a couple of years we had no hesitation in going back to them when we were looking to replace our bathroom. We certainly have not been disappointed in the work that has been carried out! We absolutely love the new design and finish that we now have.

Recently had a kitchen fitted. The fitters Nathan and Jason were absolutely brilliant! Their goal from the beginning was to ensure everything was as l wanted it to be. Excellent workmanship throughout and always left the site clean and tidy each day. I am so pleased with the finished result. It looks fantastic.
The purchasing and planning stage with Mark was fine. The worrying part for me was when l paid the deposit. Mark had told me the fitting cost which was acceptable as l know how costs have risen. When l paid the deposit Mark said pay the fitters a specific amount and tell them l have had my cut. Alarm bells rang. 'CUT' What does that mean? What happened to the £1500 l paid to him for fitting, which he seems to have kept out of the total fitting fee? I certainly hope the fitters get it as they earned it. I paid Mark for all the units, appliances and services (collecting burnable rubbish) in my bill.
The units are excellent quality and l am pleased with everything else. I just found the paying of fitting money should go directly to the fitters as they earned it all! Thanks Nathan and Jason an excellent job.
