A bit disappointed
Ordered a replacement black Maserati watch strap. It was two days later than the promised delivery date (therefore over a week). When it arrived it had no Maserati buckle, spring fitting connecting the buckle and 'prong' to fit in the strap holes. I paid a total of £55 then £7.50 at Timpsons!!

I was happy with product & service
Good communication before purchase. Needed a metal bracelet for my Tissot PR100. Didn’t seem to be able to get one online in the UK. Ordered on a Monday I think and it arrived by Saturday. It was in the official Tissot packaging. I was happy with the process and I would use again.

Great time piece.
The watch is lovely, I am so happy with it. It looks stylish but can be worn daily, whatever the occasion. They had removed a couple of links to make it to my size, of 15cm, unfortunately it is still loose for me but that is not their fault, I have extremely small wrists.

The seller asked me to send the product…
The seller asked me to send the product back to them (sent Tuesday am) and they would refund me.
I have emailed 3 times and to ensure they’ve received it and ask about my refund and had no response whatsoever. They had my money since 17th Febuary.

I needed to find an official G-Shock part
I needed to find an official G-Shock watch strap in purple I scoured the internet and came across this site it asked me to type in my watch version specifically for the correct watch part number and boom they had it a very hard part to actually find I tried everywhere even eBay and I found it on eBay but the price was ridiculous so by luck I stumbled upon this site . I l noticed that I could pay with PayPal the price was spot on I paid extra to get it fast and it arrived as stated and the best part was it included import taxes now I’ve saved this site in my favourites the past was an official part .
Now I know were to shop for official parts

If you want to find official G shock parts this is the only place that actually sells them a great price.
