Dispenser came with wrong variant of taps
I bought 2 water dispensers two weeks apart. First dispenser came with wrong variant of taps. Photos on the website shown taps which were horizontal push based rather push down from the top. I called before ordering the second dispenser and was told that I will be sent replacement taps and the 2nd dispenser will be of the advertised variant but on the contrary. Iv been waiting for 2 sets of new taps for over a week and no communication from the company on this topic. I don't have time to repeatedly chase for the resolution.

WCD Wants double payments
I paid and then the company chased me for payment. Its not good customer service to chase someone for payment when they've already paid. Cooler arrived within 5 working days but 10 days for the water.

I’d have put 0 stars if I could
I’d have put 0 stars if I could. Supplied a boiling tap for a customer, both have broken within a year. Currently trying to get a replacement delivered but they can’t give me a date when they will be back in stock. It’s been going on for almost 2 months. No response from emails and when I call they tell me different dates when they’ll be in stock which come and go with no delivery.

It would be nice to actually receive…
It would be nice to actually receive the water cooler and bottle that I ordered on the 19th November, or to be replied to in the emails I sent chasing delivery. Nearly £200 is a lot of money for our little charity.
No communication nothing, so if someone could reply that would be appreciated.

excellent delivery time but the casing had a dent in it. I needed the boiler urgently and Watercoolers put it as an urgent delivery! The boiler is now in place and working brilliantly--well done WCD.

Excellent communication
Quick response when they found that an item I had ordered on-line was not in stock and would not be back in for about another month. They offered a full refund or an alternative product, and then gave an excellent price for the alternative which was far superior !
