I am renovating a small cottage and obtain my materials from Turnbull's Horncastle.
I have always found the staff to be cheerful and courteous. Helpful with facts about products and assistance with loading my vehicle with heavier items .
I would like to mention a member of staff who was paticularly helpful to me. Sales Advisor Vicky. She assisted me in choosing a bathroom suit that was perfect for my needs. I found her very knowledgeable in the products available. Being patient and taking care that she understood what my peferences were.

Towel radiators blistered but even though they were 9.5 years old still just in warranty. Contacted Turnbulls Brigg and Jake took control of the query. Exceptional customer service very prompt and issued resolved new radiators are being dispatched. Jake is a credit to the company

Visited the Store in Brigg. Made to feel very welcome, listened to everything I was wanting for my en-suite. It is exactly what we wanted and looks fab. So happy with the service we have now had our kitchen design done. Jake went through everything, nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many times I changed my mind on things. Would absolutely recommend Turnbulls in Brigg. If you can get Jake on the design, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jake!

Turnbull supplied our new bathroom and kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the result. The team were friendly and attentive and went above and beyond when it came to addressing our concerns throughout the process.

Can you remember, Oliver when you stood in my house, after all your company's mistakes, and you agreed, and I said if I move into this house and I have a kitchen, however that didn't happen did it, I gave you 3 choices, take the kitchen out and make good, or reduced price, of which I paid, or go to court, I paid the agreed amount, 120200, then you did what you did, now we are going to court, I wish you well, the court will deicide

I have just had Turnbull supply a Kitchen & bathroom. My experience with them has left me too afraid to ever visit their show room again. If they have a business plan of intimidating little old ladies they have been successful.
I would give them a minus rating if I could.

We have recently needed building materials and discovered Turnbull in Newark-on-Trent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. All the staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are able to offer advice and if a member of staff doesn’t know the answer they will find one who does. Their prices are very competitive and they offer free delivery. Well done will use them every time going forward.

This builders merchants are the best for quality and service.
We recently did a full refurbishment to our property and brought, a new kitchen
and bathroom / en suite items.
Everything was delivered on time in sturdy packaging which was a great help.
Nothing was to much trouble and we were given samples of the worktops and doors so we could match up flooring and tiles.
The new showroom is now open and beautifully laid out well worth a visit.

I urgently needed a non-stock door threshold bar, having been let down by another retailer. A super lady at the Sleaford office spoke to the supplier, arranged for a very speedy delivery to Sleaford, and then delivery on to me. She called to keep me informed of the progress of the item, which was so useful as I'd got fitters due. Top service and a personal service. Five star!!

Replacing a kitchen can be both stressful and expensive especially if it goes wrong. It is essential that you find a designer, supplier and installer that you can not only trust but be confident that the end product is just as you envisioned it would be. With all of the above in mind we are so glad we chose to go into the Turnbull Kitchen showroom back in March 2024.
On our first visit to Turnbull’s, it was great to be in a showroom with plenty of space and just enough kitchen displays to get an idea what they were all about. Unlike certain other kitchen companies that seem to cram as many kitchens into their showrooms and always appear to have a sale on!
Wayne Winter quietly introduced himself to us and then allowed us to browse the showroom. We then started to discuss our ideas with Wayne, including the “must haves” and those “nice to haves, but not essential”. Having listened carefully to our ideas, Wayne explained how he would work with us to get what we wanted. A further appointment was made the following week, with room measurements and a rough proposed lay out to start the design process. It was clear that Wayne had taken on board lots of what we had said previously, he had as many questions for us as we had for him. It was at this point that the subject of Budget was brought up. It is so important to have a realistic budget in mind right from the start, we told him the region in which our budget was and that it included installation costs too. From previous experience too many kitchen designers want to design a kitchen with all the bells and whistles with no real regard for the customers real world budget.
Wayne set to work designing our new kitchen. A further meeting was arranged to go through the first draft of his design. As you might expect there were things that needed to be tweaked, In all, 3 revisions of the design were required, as well as a site visit to get the final draft.
We then moved on to the installation phase, Wayne provided us with contact details of lots of kitchen installers but didn’t promote one over any other. We received a few quotes and met with Steve Mills of M Kitchen Fitting. Steve visited our property to discuss the installation, introducing us to the Electrician, Plumber and Plasterer that he always uses for kitchen installations. We were impressed with the way each of these tradespeople discussed and explained how the work was to be done and the time scales involved. We set aside four weeks for the whole job to be completed. This time frame would involve removing the old kitchen units, range oven, capping off the gas supply and re-routing the electrics for the new induction hob, removing the old fridge freezer, preparing the central heating pipework for a new radiator to be fitted, repositioning of ceiling downlights to meet with the new positions of kitchen units, electric sockets and switches that had to be moved and in one case brought up to spec following the previous kitchen fitter taking liberties with power circuits! The old tiles had to be removed and walls subsequently repaired and replastered. All of this preparation work was done within the first week under Steve’s supervision and project management. The new kitchen units were delivered by Turnbull’s on the second Monday, Steve has a very efficient method of getting the units into position on delivery allowing for appliances etc to be stored in the garage until required. Steve worked in a clear and methodical way, always arriving before 8 am, he took time to discuss the finer details of unit positions, explaining what he was doing that day and why. He called in the other tradespeople when required to minimise delays and disruption. All of the tradespeople working on our new kitchen were very respectful of our property and space, with their work being carried out to a high standard and very tidily too. And so, after, 4 weeks and 2 days (we didn’t facture in the Bank Holiday and a wedding we had to attend) the kitchen was completed! We drew up a snag list of just three minor things. one of which was a couple of doors didn’t have their bumpers fitted. Between Wayne, Steve and the other tradespeople they exceeded our expectations and most importantly of all it was on budget. There have been no histrionics at all, no problems that could not be discussed and solved (why are walls in houses never square or flat?)We are so pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Wayne Winter and Steve Mills to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

Having visited a number of kitchen design companies, we were impressed with Wayne Winter's professionalism and knowledge of the products at Turnbull, Lincoln branch. He listened to our thoughts and ideas and tailored his design accordingly when we asked for changes to the initial design. His advice on the various products was invaluable and we are delighted with the Rotpunkt kitchen that we chose. Nothing was too much trouble and in addition, the staff at the Sleaford branch were also very helpful. We highly recommend Turnbull for a new kitchen.

My initial appointment with Michelle on Feb 28th was good, with lots of choice, full of information & Michelle answered all of my questions. This part was worthy of 4 stars, however.
I was let down more than once with dates for my completed quote, I had to send numerous emails chasing these up, then I discovered that my design was being drawn up by a guy in the Sleaford branch who was on holiday.
The time it took to produce my design & actually receive a quote was totally unacceptable, so much so that I had to find another supplier.
I am glad I did as apart from getting a full quote within 3 days, I also saved myself a substantial amount of money.

Incompetence & shockingly poor customer service
Never again. This refers to the branch at Lincoln.
We worked well initially with the bathroom designer Dave. However, it soon became clear that the manager at this depot could not give a damn about customers. We spent a fairly large amount on fittings for a shower room, a bathroom and 3 toilets. However, these items were ordered on account from our installer, who diligently checked off items upon delivery at each stage. It wasn't until we came to fit the bathroom panels that the incorrect ones were issued. And then on 2 further occasions Turnbulls sent the exact same incorrect panels. Obviously have issues with their suppliers and we're in Jo rush correcting their mistake. This meant that not only was the installer delayed for completion of our project but we had 3 lots of toilet fittings sitting in our living room for 3 additional weeks. No apology from the branch manager (Olivia) who was too busy to address the issues. I still haven't received an apology for any of this. I complained to their CEO who did take the time to respond initially but since then I learned that our installer received an apology - not us as the customer, who paid for all this. I would never consider using this company again on the basis of this awful experience. The branch manager couldn't care less now they've had our money. I was looking at their kitchens but based upon this awful demonstration of incompetence with suppliers and total lack of customer service I'd certainly advise you to steer clear of the Lincoln branch. Awful.

Excellent experience with Turnbulls! Very helpful when calling-in to the Horncastle Branch, where they assisted me in choosing a bulk bag of Gravel. Delivery - although delayed a little by a slight glitch - was very efficient, and their driver was both helpful & friendly. As a first-time customer, "I'll be back!".

A very helpful team in the Lincoln branch, and Phoebe in particular has been brilliant. I have no imagination, but Phoebe managed to design our dream kitchen!

Turnbulls Sleaford and turnbulls are a local company and are fantastic. I moved from the south and needed my kitchen doing and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, mainly Olivia. They re designed my kitchen and advised us. I got 4 in and turnbulls were the quickest to get it back and a good price to . Kitchen refurbishment might be a challenging task, but with Deanna Davis from Turnbull Boston and her help during planning, delivery and Customer Service, it is actually a quite simple process.
Considering I am quite skilled in DIY, I have managed to get my kitchen done within two weeks time. Plenty of advise, almost instant contact, highly recommended.
I did not manage to get my worktops done myslef, but received a decent contact from her to get it done by third party installer in a rapid time, which was highly appreciated.
Very important: Turnbull's kitchens do not come as a flat pack, all shelves and units are ready-built in the highest qualtiy I have seen in the UK so far - which is a bonus, I suppose. Prepare plenty of space for your kitchen's delivery, you will appreciate it later though.
