Always very helpful and fast to respond. I have been using water coolers direct for years now and every time I need an order Lewis has always very helpful. My cooler has been serviced by them for years now and I've never had any issues.

Had a water filter delivered a little while ago, the item was plumbed into the mains and is brilliant. Just opened an email from watercoolers reminding me that my filters are now out of date and I should buy a new one, what a great service I would have surely forgotten to buy one so this light reminder service is brilliant. Lovely staff too
