Faultless ordering system, ordered 2 items & was informed they would come in 2 separate packages, but they arrived well packaged and in the same parcel.

Good price, specially the good Friday sale... Maybe a bit slow on the delivery times but not really an issue... It's more a 4.5 star just coz. Handy to have some of the stock a lot of other places don't have, but there's also a lot out of stock

Extremely happy finding someone with branded 1/2" 3/4" tubing and the fittings in stock wasn't very easy WCUK had me covered though

I just built my first PC and while researching trustworthy shops for parts with good prices, I came across this website. I hadn't heard of them before but everyone who mentioned them seemed impressed with their service so I thought I'd check them out. Turned out they had a set of RAM I'd been looking for but couldn't find available anywhere else in the UK except on Amazon, and I would have waited about a month for the shipping on that listing. I thought I was going to have to find another set to buy but instead I was able to get it from WatercoolingUK. The ordering process was easy and I got regular email updates with the status of my order, which was a relief for me ordering somewhere I wasn't familiar with, as it reassured me my order was being handled OK. I got the standard shipping but it got here in around 4 days, it was even before their predicted arrival time. The kit was in great condition and has been working like a dream so far! I will definitely come to this shop again, my experience buying from them couldn't have been better.

First time ordering from this company & everything went smooth as silk, WCUK are also fairly close to me & collection is available should I need parts in a hurry.

Great range of products and one of the select few authorised retailers to sell and have stock the Thermal Grizzly Wireview devices. Very easy purchase being directed to the seller from the manufacturers site. WCUK use the Royal Mail for postal services so no issue with delivery my end. Great quick service

I have ordered quite a few things from watercooling UK recently and on the whole have received a good service from them. However I'm sorry to say that your packaging of items is abysmal. To package a £260.00 ek waterblock in a jiffy bag is unforgivable. I also purchased a Barrow flow meter a while back and this came the same way. There are other methods of packing that are sustainable, recycled cardboard being one of them that offer more protection for a customer's order than just a jiffy bag. The other major gripe I have is using the royal mail as your delivery service. I have had to track down 2 of my packages now from this useless company, who quite frankly wouldn't be able to find and deliver your parcel if a 20 foot flashing neon sign was out side your property indicating this was the delivery address. If nothing is addressed about the packing procedures, I at least implore you to change your delivery service WCUK, there are many alternatives to choose from. I honestly can't see myself placing any more orders while the royal mail are your delivery partner. It is a real shame that you seem to be able to despatch items in a timely fashion, only then to be let down by the delivery on the other end. I hope these comments are taken as constructive criticism, and are meant as positive comments to improve you as a company.

Everything I wanted was available and in stock, competitors had items missing or on pre-order with no date for delivery. Pricing was easy and clear to understand, no trouble even though I added and removed bits 4/5 times basket kept track perfectly throughout. Delivery was good, items well packaged, no signs of box being thrown around, will shop here again when need arises, all in all 10/10

Ordered a lian li B grade case that was quoted as having scratches on the side panels in the listing but upon arrival it had large three holes in the side panel where the previous owner who i i guess had returned it had tried to attach something to it..... If this had been listed correctly i would not have bought the case. over all disappointing experience........
