Very disappointed with the shipping…
Very disappointed with the shipping times to Canada. First I paid $75 Cdn to ship a pair of Soccer Cleats and the product took over 2 weeks to arrive. No customs delay just shipped at low priority. During that waiting period I made purchases from a competitor....I paid less for shipping ( half the price) and the product arrived 7 days earlier. I also checked the cost from my post office to San Diego and recieved a quote $25 cheaper. So I waited long and they made money on shipping. I am disgusted and as a Soccer Academy Director you have lost mine and my 600 members business.
Deceptive Return/Customization Practices
Ordered a hoodie from the Team site and was too small. Tried to exchange it - but they said no returns on custom items. I did not customize - there was no messaging about no returns on the PDP or in cart. I simply ordered what was displayed. Very deceptive marketing and operations practices. Strongly consider not ordering from this company. Response: if an article of clothing is ALREADY imprinted it cannot be considered custom (custom is made or done to order for a particular customer). You simply cannot print a bunch of shirts, maintain inventory and then claim that they are custom. That is illegal

Poor return policy
They don't have a customer-friendly return policy on cleats. WeGotSoccer only allows returns of brand new cleats. There is no way for a player to experience the true fit and performance of the cleats, besides just trying them in the store. My daughter wore her Nike AG Elite cleats for 1 training session and they gave her severe blisters (unlike any other pair). But because she wore them for 90 minutes, they will not take them back. I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted an exchange. Extremely poor return policy compared to its peers.
For those looking for better return policies:
Soccer.com has a 30 day, no questions asked, train and play in the cleats and return them for any reason. I've also returned cleats to Dick's because they were not comfortable after playing in them.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a $250 dollar cleats about a month ago and didn’t not receive them. I called the store and they said they were not responsible ones the product leaves their store. So now I have just lost $250 dollars!! This store is nothing but fraud, do not buy from them!!

Ordered an Ertz womens #8 soccer jersey…
Ordered an Ertz womens #8 soccer jersey size ladies Medium. It was way too small by all standards. Tried to do a simple exchange for a larger size and was denied. They said "customized" shirts are final sale. How is #8 Ertz customized? That is her number. Nothing customized about it at all. I was reluctant to order from them in the beginning and they proved me right.

We received shoes that were too big for…
We received shoes that were too big for my daughter and we sent them back. First they don’t pay for returns and now they will not take them back because they said she wore them. She did not wear them. She walked on the hard wood floors and knew they were too big. We took them off immediately and put them back into the broken, beat up box. They are now sending them back to us with no credit and we cannot use them. This is absolutely crazy. Do not order off line from this company.
Horrible experience with returns
Besides everything being overpriced, when you try to return something that you bought using the company that made the product´s sizing chart, they won´t take it back!! The product did not even have a name or number on it

I got my package delivered in perfect condition and everything. However with very very few protection. Also I had sent them an email asking to pause my delivery or give me the possibility to change the delivery location because the processing was taking very long (it took around a week or more) and I didn’t know if the package would come in time (I had to leave but didn’t know when, so didn’t want to take any risk). Took them 3 days to reply, and it was after they gave the package to UPS, so no change was possible. Only thing left to do was hope it would arrive in time. Luckily it did, 1 hour before I left my house.

Awful customer service for online sales
Recently ordered from this site for the first time. Needed to make a return and emailed the address stated on the company's website for returns. I received autoreply emails (acknowledging that my email was received) to two separate and detailed inquiries, but I was never contacted beyond that, nor did I receive a shipping label or directions for returning. Today I finally called the phone number on their site, and sat on hold for over 20 minutes before someone finally picked up. At this point, I was told an email with directions for returning would be sent and that "personal preference" return was at my expense. Nowhere in the return policy does it state that customers are responsible for the cost of returns, only that items must be returned within 30 days. Long story short, buy from this site ONLY if you know exactly what you need and will not need to make a return or exchange. It is difficult to actually get in touch with a human to help you and expensive to make returns. They have a great variety of soccer apparel, etc. but are not equipped to provide any customer service in the online sector of their business.

I just wanted to comment on how good my experience was with this company. I was a bit hesitant as there was so many bad reviews about quality of service but it was the only place I could find the goalie jersey for my daughter. I ordered it on Friday 8/25 and it was at my house by Monday 8/28. So I definitely will order from them again!

Very Slow Shipping Process and Discount…
Very Slow Shipping Process and Discount not applied. I ordered two soccer uniforms on Aug 11 for my 4 year for the soccer training we signed him up for and until today no shipping info "In Process" status. I gave them a call and was told it would ship out next week. Crossing fingers we get them before next Saturday, since game days are on Saturdays and won't be able to play if we don't have the uniform.
Shipments coming from China get here within 10 days. They have 4 different locations and not sure how many warehouses and they couldn't get those two little uniforms out? I ordered his soccer cleats from TEMU which shipped on Aug 14 and I received them on Aug 21... This is ridiculous.... Not to mention the discount code I was given to use at checkout that didn't work and come to find out now it doesn't apply for team orders, then whey give it to me? They need to do better then this... and based on the other reviews I saw on Trust Pilot, I sure hope I don't have issues with returns if things don't turn out right.

Terrible experience with return
I returned an item (which of course I had to mail back myself at my own expense). The tracking showed it had been delivered to them two weeks ago at that point and I still did not receive a refund or any acknowledgment of receipt. I had to email multiple times to get a response and eventually a refund. Replied and said it should not be my job to micromanage my refund and that I was unhappy with my experience, and once again was ignored. These people are just jerks.

The return policy is another fruad
They sent me a wrong item that I need to return it, and the policy says if you are asking for a refund, you need to get confirmation from the company before you sent the item back. I asked for a refund and sent emails, tens of emails, and they never replied... I am thinking they are sending me the wrong item on purpose

I wouldn't use this company. Unfortunately, my sons soccer team does though. I wanted to buy a simple shirt to support the team. I'm usually a M or L in Nike. I went with a L to be sure. It fit like a Small - maybe even child or women's sizing. They asked for pictures. I sent them. They asked for more pictures with another Nike shirt to compare. I did with a M and the L they sent was smaller! They said they couldn't refund me but could offer my 20% of the same shirt. The shirt is very low quality - must be Nike's lowest offering - I'd say even similar on the kids jersey/uniforms. No chance I buy anything from this company again.

Worst attempt at omni-channel retail I have ever seen. If I buy something at the retail store in Jacksonville, it is always a great experience. The people are nice, and the product is solid. However, stay away from the website at all costs. Their fulfillment is awful, and then when you want to ask about it the service is equally awful. If you have a local store, you are probably safe (Jax for sure), but otherwise I would avoid them and use Soccer.com.

This company is mismanaged and deceitful and the customer service is awful! I ordered my son cleats and ten days passed with no shipping email and so I emailed them only to find out after three extra days they didn’t have his size! They offered me a smaller size!!! I was so angry and all they said was oops! This isn’t the first time this happened but it is the last. They cost me having to spend full price on another site because the 4th of July sales were over! Don’t shop here.

I was iffy based off the reviews, gave it a shot. It was incredible! The prices for the cleats were great and shipping was great as well! Will buy again and buy my soccer equipment for we got soccer.

4+months to get cleats after soccer season is done.
Ordered cleats and received them 4 months later after soccer season was done. The box was completely destroyed. Customer service, Devin, was very nice and knowledgable but the company policies stink. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. So not only have they had my $90 this whole time but now I get to pay for shipping again.
