Wentworth Wooden Puzzles Opiniones 

Approximately 1993/94 I got my first Wentworth wooden jigsaw puzzle as a gift. Ever since I've been an enthusiastic fan. In the meantime, my possession has increased to 12 puzzles. I have been following the development of the company for years. In the 90s it was not possible to buy a puzzle from Germany. The Internet was still in its early stages. Even the search for a puzzle in 1997, during a trip to London, was unsuccessful. Nobody knew this company. Then in 2003, during a trip to southern England, I bought my second puzzle in a souvenir shop. I was very happy. Several years later, I don’t remember exactly, I discovered the Homepage and since then I have occasionally ordered something. The ordering process as well as delivery and payment were problem-free. The quality of the product, packaging and service were always good. After the last order in 2024, it turned out that a piece of the puzzle was missing. Contacting customer service was flawless and absolutely perfect. I received an immediate response and a solution was offered. I had the choice of a complete exchange or a replacement delivery of the missing piece. I opted for the second. It took a few weeks, but then the time had come. The puzzle piece was sent to me free of charge. It was carefully packed in a small box protected with tissue paper. Just opening the box was a great experience for me. I hadn't expected this elaborate and attractive packaging. I was very surprised and delighted. The puzzle piece fits perfectly in terms of shape and color, as if it had never been missing.

I've been purchasing Wentworth puzzles for several years now, and have immensely enjoyed putting them together! This review is specifically for the "Snowy Fir Tree" puzzle. It's been the most challenging I've done so far and very enjoyable in "creating" this beautiful picture. Well done, Wentworth!

Spent £130 on a puzzle for a Christmas present. Sadly the only.image is the one on the front of the box, which is not great quality. Contacted Wentworth and they just provided same image again. When I queried it they said can't do anything else due to copyright.
Would have thought when you are paying this much for a jigsaw you would get better quality

Love Wentworth puzzles, superb quality, particularly excited by the whimsy shapes. Expensive but worth every penny.

My goodness - these people have the worst Customer Service we've encountered for many years. Rude, inconsiderate, don't give a damn about you being a customer. We spent a fair bit of money on two large orders - the second having bags missing. When we phoned them the response was shocking - will never buy from them again!

These are the most expensive puzzles of all time. I bought some for my wife for Christmas and she likes puzzles with a bunch of pieces. The prices pretty much triple as you add pieces. Plus it was $40 to ship one puzzle. Complete rip off.

Their customer service is garbage. They say there is a satisfaction guarantee. But, there really isn't. My puzzle came back to me blurry and they refused an exchange. They said I received a warning but I did not see that.

Never again.

I do not recommend Wentworth puzzles. I ordered a 40 piece puzzle as a gift & it arrived without outer plastic wrap & with the pieces loose in the box with no inner plastic bag. I contacted the company to explain it looked like an opened, used puzzle but was told they use no plastic to be environmentally friendly. I would have to pay return shipping from the US to UK so I’ll be donating rather than gifting.

I think the Wentworth puzzles are Great. They have evolved and some of the newer puzzles are quite challenging and craftily made. I just finished "silver birches " and it was fantastic.
Also very well made well packed and fast delivery.

Worst user interface I've ever experienced. I've tried purchasing a puzzle multiple times now, and the web page only goes back and forth between shipping and payment. It never processes the payment or places the order. Guess I'll go somewhere else. Wish I could leave an actual review of the product itself.

I am a regular purchaser of Wentworth puzzles - I love the excellent quality of the puzzles and the prompt delivery. Just one thing that I think would improve the customer experience is for Wentworth to have a single hi-resolution image on their website for each puzzle so that us puzzlers can load it on our screens and work from it. The images on the puzzle boxes are just too small and don't show the nuances very clearly. An example is the Harry Potter 'Back to Hogwarts' in 450 pieces that I just purchased - I am struggling because the image is so small - a clear electronic one on the website that we could download and zoom in on would be a great addition to the service. As I say, I love Wentworth puzzles, this is just constructive feedback that would take it to another level for cusomters with no real cost to the company. Thanks Wentworth.

I have bought several puzzles directly from Wentworth. The puzzles are a quality thick wood and you never have to worry about the mess that comes with cardboard puzzles. The variety of designs, piece count, piece size, and ability to make personalised puzzles too means there will be something for everyone when it comes to gifting.

There is a strong burnt wood smell when you first open the puzzles but it does fade after a day or so. Once you get one you can't help but want more and no doubt they will become heirlooms.

This precision laser cut jigsaw puzzle (Sky Roads) has been a joy to work with from start to finish. I simply turn all the pieces over, separate the whimsys, and get puzzling 😀 I admire the tactile feel of the individual pieces and the technical skill and thought that is displayed in their creation. What fun when an upside down cow, or a long forgotten roadster clicks precisely into place. When you work on a wooden jigsaw cardboard puzzles become a distant memory. Wentworth are very professional from their detailed descriptions to the packaging and arrival of your eagerly awaited box of delights😀 So put the cat out, brew the kettle, switch off all social media and enjoy the simple pleasure and cognitive skill that is a wooden puzzle.

Wentworth Customer Service recognized that we received an incorrect product in our order. The exact puzzle has 2 formats, we ordered the most difficult, found the puzzle to be NOT DIFFICULT. We reached out to Wentworth with our concerns. During our communications, they researched & recognized that the “not difficult” format had inadvertently been put in the “difficult” box.
They immediately told us to donate our puzzle & sent us the correct format.
Gracious, kind, & helpful. Can’t ask for more. Another reason we shall continue to support them.

I highly recommend Wentworth Puzzles due to their beautiful, original, and high-quality puzzles that are well-crafted. I'm also genuinely pleased with their service. When I needed to change the delivery address to one abroad, Kathryn provided professional and helpful assistance. Despite the busy Christmas period, the parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition at the new address.

I recently contacted Wentworth to enquire about purchasing a replacement dust bag for a treasured jigsaw. Kathryn in Customer Services responded immediately and sent me the dust bag by return at no charge. The quality of her communication and responsiveness was exemplary and I would like to thank her and let her know that notwithstanding my love for their jigsaws, Wentworth has a customer for life based principally on this great CS experience.

I bought a puzzle for my sister who lives in Australia. When my confirmation email arrived, I could see there was a problem with the address. I send an email to Wentworth and received a reply the next day. Much faster than expected. I then contacted them by telephone and the very helpful lady informed me that Fedex was in the process of returning the puzzle because the Fedex system had recognized the address problem. However, rather than wait, she arranged for a replacement puzzle to be sent to the correct address immediately, rather than delay waiting for the original to be returned. She also noted that the Wentworth system should not have let the incorrect address go through, so she said she would pass this to her IT department. Thank you for such friendly, efficient and effective service.

The puzzle itself is lovely, however due to European shipping it arrived after the date we were gifting the puzzle and requested a return.
Although Wentworth says there is a return policy, BEWARE!!! Here are the shipping quotes to return an 8 by 8 puzzle form US UPS ($250) FedEX($170) post office ($70) but no tracking outside US. I phoned Wentworth asking if they could send me a label and subtract their shipping cost from my refund ($25)
They said absolutely not we dont do that and I said essentially it is impossible to return. Her advice was to sell it on EBAY.. I will never do business here again. Also on their site they only send reviews to customers who keep their puzzles which is the reason for 4.8

Our first call to customer service was 7 days after the receipt of the puzzle, not 4 weeks, that was the recent call.
I understand a customer being responsible for return mailing costs. What all of your customer should be aware of which is NOT SHARED is that the cost from the US to mail back a small puzzle is an estimated $200. My second concern was that your company does not allow an option to share your favorable shipping costs by sending a shipping label and then of course subtracting YOUR shipping cost which was listed at $25 from their return refund.
My second suggestion is to advertise clearly and concisely that return shipping costs outside of the UK usually average $100. That meets the standards of full disclosure.

I received a puzzle for Christmas from my husband and decided to leave it until we were on holiday in July. I completed the puzzle and there was 1 piece missing. I contacted Wentworth puzzles and they said they were unable to help as it was outside their 6 month guarantee for either a replacement or refund. If you have a 1500 piece jigsaw to complete I recommend you start counting the pieces now.

The quality of these puzzles is excellent. However, it is disappointing that the company do not provide a clear, enlarged picture the same size as the finished jigsaw. I have paid less than £15 for jigsaws of good quality with an enlarged picture in the box. I was so looking forward to doing the jigsaw I ordered but the picture on the box does not show enough minute detail and is very small.
