My advice to anyone who have looked at Whitaker London clothing is DONT they are a scam company awful swindlers not from London but Chinese please please beware don’t get caught like me and lots more people read the reviews

There website seemed legitimate but learnt the hard way.
Purchased a dress for Sons wedding in July, poor quality and at least two sizes to small when arrived.
Have emailed them twice for return address , no response, whole site a scam, even used false photos of a shop front giving you extra security.
Need closing down asap and suing for false information , non comformant of return address and low quality merchandise

Unfortunatley I have bought 2 items on line and i did not know all the picture from their shop are fake.They send me 2 CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHINA QULALIT dress that were far away from pictures.I asked for return but they try to give me discunt to avoid return. But as the dress are too cheap-looking I only wanted return. But the return post was 26 POUNDS to send back to China.

I thought I was ordering from a actual clothes shop in London. I placed the order, did not receive an email of confirmation although they took my money. I emailed several times with no response for the dress I ordered to be delivered 2-3 weeks later. The dress is awful and nothing like the picture and qualify is shocking. I am trying to get onto the website but it doesn't look registered. Awful firm who shouldn't be allowed to trade. I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered. I am now left with a dress which I wouldn't even donate to charity which cost me almost £40 with no way of contact with the firm to return item

Can’t give it zero stars which is a shame. Can’t believe I was stupid enough to order from this company. Dreadful quality and material. Nothing like pictures…. No response when I try to return. Scam. Pls never order from this company

Do not order from this site! I ordered a dress when it arrived it was nothing like the one advertised it was very poor quality and did not fit even the XS was too big, made it absolutely impossible to send back (ignored my request for a return for a week then said I had to return it to China at my own cost which I was happy to do but then still did not provide details of where to return it to) You live and learn but save yourself the heartache and stress and order from a reputable site based in the UK . Very misleading says whitakerlondon not based in UK at all. I cannot stress enough do not order from this site doesn’t even deserve 1 star

The dress was supposed to be premium, reality is shoddy workmanship with loose cotton threads, awful material, inadequate seams, poor fit.

Bought what I thought was an amazing dress for a wedding and what I recieved I can only describe it as being a potato sack and only fit for the bin ....

The clothes this company sells are CHEAP ... like CHEAP-CHEAP! They are from China .... there is absolutely NOTHING boutique or ORIGINAL about these clothes. please STAY AWAY!! WASTE OF MONEY !!!! Wish i could attach photos that i took. No money back guarantee.... TOTAL FRAUD!!!!

If only I could post the photos of what I ordered versus what I received! False advertising at its best! Returns policy is to send back to China (Whitaker London does not suggest a China based company!) Facebook page is obviously fake too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They are not Based in London. Goods came from China. I ordered some shoes, They arrived after several weeks despite their website saying they would be dispatched via Royal Mail and they were not as pictured on the website, the were a poor fit and had a pungent chemical smell to them. I tried to return them but they offered me just a 10% refund, then 20% then after many emails 40%. When I refused as I was entitled to 100% they stopped all comms. I am now contacting my credit card to arrange a Charge Back. This is a SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

This company claims that they have 5 stars, 4.8 rate at Trustpilot based on 2469+ reviews, however they are not even on Trustpilot. This confused me and I did not check. Disappointingly I thought I ordered from London, however it is based in China, and returns are at my own cost back to China.
