Disappointing with regard to delivery
Disappointing with regard to delivery. Original slot given was 08.01 to 09.01 (message at 08.01 on morning of delivery). Through the morning this kept being stretched by varying amounts until delivery finally arrived at midday.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery experience was disappointing. We understand how frustrating it can be when the estimated delivery time continues to change throughout the day, especially when you're waiting in for an order.
