I arranged with you for the pellets to…
I arranged with you for the pellets to be delivered last Wednesday when my son would be around to stack them for me and they arrived on the Thursday. At least 10 bags of the pellets were damaged and all told I lost over a whole bag full. The damage was on the inside of the stacked bags so the damage must have been done when they were stacked on the pallet not afterwards.

Thank you for your review.
We're sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive on the arranged day and that some of the pellet bags were damaged upon arrival. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as you had made arrangements for assistance with stacking the pellets.
We are aware of some ongoing issues with our delivery partner regarding delivery schedules. Whilst delivery routes are carefully planned, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control. However, we appreciate that this caused inconvenience and frustration, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We have contacted you privately regarding your order and, as a gesture of goodwill, have arranged for complimentary firelighters to be sent to you.

Great logs, rubbish delivery service
Logs all neatly packed. However, palletforce your chosen delivery company were awful. They told me it would be delivered on 29th 09.21-12.21. it didn't arrive so i phoned them. they told me it was out for the 30th afternoon. they said they would get the driver to phone with a guide time. on the 30th i had an email saying delivery 03.24-06.24. which i ignored. driver arrived at 08.30 no phone call and nothing noted on his sheet to phone with a guide to delivery time. The driver was very polite and helpful. the delivery service was pathetic.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're delighted to hear that you were pleased with the quality of the logs and that they arrived neatly packed.
However, we're very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the delivery service and the lack of communication regarding the delivery times. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations are not met, particularly when you've been given specific delivery windows and are waiting for updates that don't arrive.
We're pleased to hear that the driver was polite and helpful, but we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delivery experience. Your feedback is valuable and will be passed on to the relevant team and our delivery partner so that improvements can be made.
Thank you for your honest feedback and for choosing White Horse Energy.

Hi Nigel
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m genuinely sorry that the delivery communication has changed from what you previously experienced with us.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive a three-day delivery window and then potentially only receive a call from the driver around an hour before delivery. Having the opportunity to speak with the depot and agree on a mutually convenient day and time clearly provided a much better and more helpful service, and we appreciate why you would feel disappointed that this no longer appears to be the case.
This is not the level of communication or convenience we want our customers to experience. Your feedback is important to us, and I will be escalating this to our senior management team so that the change in process can be reviewed and your concerns can be properly considered.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feedback such as yours genuinely helps us identify where we need to improve.

Ordered a pallet of coal
Ordered a pallet of coal - no fuss and few days later pallet of coal arrived! Coal was dry decent quality and ready to go! I’ve purchased coal locally which is always soaking wet! So it was a refreshing change! Price was also good. Some of the bags were split, but nothing drastic as it was a pallet of coal at the end of the day! Overall good service, good quality dry coal and a decent price!

Lack of honesty
They are marketing 6.5kg of kindling on Amazon - I weighed the bag and it’s less than 4kg - I have an image
Showing scale weight
I returned it using the code provided but instead of refund
They are suggesting the parcel went to the wrong address- again I used their own label provided … I wonder if this is just the rubbish they put out so people will give up. I will go to trading standards next as I’m certain you can not advertise a weight when it’s not anywhere near

Hi Kate
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand why you’re concerned about the weight of the kindling you received and what has happened with the return and refund.
Please be assured that we are not trying to mislead any of our customers, and we take concerns like this very seriously. We appreciate that you have taken the time to weigh the product and provide an image showing the weight, and we’re also sorry that you’ve been left frustrated after returning the parcel using the return label provided by us.
If you have a moment, we’d really appreciate it if you could give our Customer Service team a call. We’d be more than happy to look into the full matter for you, the return, and why the refund has not yet been processed. We’d like to understand exactly what has happened and hopefully find the best possible resolution for you.
We genuinely value our customers, and this is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have when dealing with us. We also appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it gives us the opportunity to properly investigate the matter rather than leaving your concerns unresolved.
Thank you for taking the time to raise this with us. We sincerely hope we can speak with you, look into everything properly, and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Good service
Good service. Excellent product.
The only difficulty is organising the delivery. Asking for a specific date and time when available to receive is not obvious on the website. The wood was delivered on a day I wasn't available and in the morning when I requested, if possible, an afternoon slot.
Otherwise a happy customer!

Good day Mr Renshaw
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with the product and the service overall, and it’s great to know you’re otherwise a happy customer.
We are genuinely sorry that your delivery was missed on the day you were expecting it, particularly as you had specifically asked, where possible, for an afternoon delivery because of your availability. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it is to have a delivery arrive when you’re not there to receive it. We should have made the delivery arrangements clearer and done better in communicating what could and couldn’t be accommodated.
We also appreciate your point about the website not making it obvious how to request a specific delivery date or time. That’s valuable feedback, and we’ll certainly take it on board as we look at how we can make the delivery process clearer and easier for customers.
We genuinely value you as a customer and appreciate you taking the time to tell us both what went well and where we could have done better.
