The staff at Whitt Carpet are very accommodating and knowledgeable, However our installation was extremely bad and was acknowledged as so by the installation supervisor AJ. Certain aspects of the project were corrected others could not be.
Emily , our sales person arranged for the carpet to be removed and another carpet was selected and will soon be installed.

I was very pleased with the personnel, quality of the carpet, and installment.

Could have used a larger crew ( more than one, to demo the existing hardwood flooring. Unexpected glue and staples led to a two week demo period. They eventually got the job done and we are very happy the our new hardwood flooring and carpet. Whitt did not take shortcuts or the easy way out. Very professional job and Emily was great to work with.

Our experience has been great. We received great help from Emily and the installation went well. We will definitely go back to Witt for any additional flooring needs!

Great service, although prices changed slightly on additional services (eg: door trimming). Carpet was expertly installed, looks great and as promised. Would use the company *and carpet* again/

Measurements were accurate; Installation was done on schedule; Workmanship was good.

It took 3 sets of installers. The last one was the very best. The first noticed the measurements were wrong, the second took the faulty carpet away to be re-cut. The last guy came by himself and was very professional

Salesperson, Emily, VERY friendly and VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Price of materials to value is excellent.
Only hiccup however, is the install WAS NOT completed by the sub-contractor as Whitt advertises. There was no heppa vacuuming before the old was taken up and after the new was laid. A small simple vacuum was used which didn't do too much other than leave vacuum tracks. I had to go over each room after the install with personal vacuum. The subs and Whitt need to be on the same page if Whitt is not using their own in-house installers.

Whitt Carpet was quick, professional and delivered on time. We are enjoying our bedroom carpet. From our first meeting with Emily to our installation date we were totally satisfied.

When we were remodeling our bathroom, we visited the Whitt Carpet One Floor showroom to look at their options for flooring They were so helpful and had many selections, found exactly what we had hoped for.
