Chose Carpet one as it is a local family company. Staff are friendly and efficient, explaining different options. Installer put down stair carpet in a couple of hours and did a professional job.

The flooring is top quality and the installer did a great job of putting it in. I recommend this to anyone needing a kitchen floor.

Overall really good experience. The installers moved furniture and moved it back after. They vacuumed the subfloors after removing each section of old carpet. I haven't noticed any damage to walls or floorboards. The new carpet looks wonderful and is so much softer than our old carpet. Prices seemed good.

The only problem we had was with scheduling. We purchased at a busy time of year. We were told that Nov/Dec is their busiest time of the year. When purchasing we were told that they were scheduling out to mid December at the time so if we wanted it before Christmas we needed to order soon, so we did. We were then told that someone would call the following week to schedule the install. It took around four weeks and multiple calls to get an install date set. Ultimately they were able to install when we had originally requested which was before Christmas so I'm very happy they were able to get it completed when they said they would at time of sale. It was however very annoying that they wouldn't set a date earlier despite multiple calls on my part to try to schedule.

Bob was great to deal with, met us at our home on our time table, ran measurements, talked thru several options, helped us choose the carpet that would best fit or needs, and handled the financing over email and text! You cannot beat the seamless purchase. When the install day arose, the guys were on time, and worked hard to get it done. They were polite and professional! The carpet looks amazing! Outstanding experience would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring in the near future!

I love my new floors. The work that Randy did was impeccable. He took his time to assure everything was done correctly. There's no doubt that you are blessed to have someone like him on your team...

We were led to a great carpet for the room's use. And the sales staff, installers and Tess are wonderful. Down side: promised carpet in 4 weeks from ordering which was a no go. Somewhat disappointing. Overall pleased.
