I have used them before and have never had a problem but on this occasion it has been a nightmare, I ordered a pair of Denon SC6000's after 2-3 months a fault became apparent with one player, they promptly arranged a courier to collect. I eventually got it back repaired 8 weeks later. I know a lot of this delay was due to Denon but 2 or 3 weeks of it was also due to Whybuynew not sending it to Denon promptly.

After my negative comments the other day I have deleted
I have praise Darren for getting in touch and sorting my mic out (it was a simple case of not receiving an email that Darren had sent )so hats off to Darren and team

Quick delivery and smooth, but the packaging is like rubbish, they stick together with packaging tape put inside the black bag stick the level and done, no bubble wrap no box, the original box looks like returned item. That's how they pack my order resulting damage my item. But anyway the refund is like a jet so quick and easy. Thank you why buy new for my refund

Whybuynew came up trumps when I was looking for a certain record player - the Ion Superior - for my husband's birthday. It was out of stock, every where I looked, but emailed Whybuynew to ask them to let me know when they had it back in again. Received an email back, just about a week ago, to say they had more in. I was delighted! Placed an order and within 5 days the record player arrived. They sent regular updates, by email, to inform me when the order was processed and that it had been dispatched.
