Item didn't arrive..poor customer service. 3 failed deliveries. Assured everyday will be tomorrow.
Didn't arrive for child's birthday.
Still hasn't. Promised a deliver for today ... yet again. Chased delivery and won't be coming ... 4 days wasted now sitting in waiting for failed deliveries.
Would never order again.

I have purchased a Black cover…
I have purchased a Black cover (Equinox) and it was far superior. The white one I purchased from "Whybuynew" is very flimsy and low quality material If it was made for Equinox I would say that the product is probably fake as it does not match up the the black one I have. Sorry I would not recommend.

Thanks for your review. I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your order.
I have looked into this and can see that the order you placed on our website was for an alternatively branded universal cover that fits the equinox booth, as opposed to the Equinox cover itself. I have checked the historic listing description. and the alternative brand was clear on the listing and not advertised as an Equinox branded cloth so I am unsure where the confusion has arisen. As a business we do not, never have, or would not offer fake items for sale. Not only is this illegal it damages our relationships and reputation with our valuable customers and suppliers. Far from being a fake, a cheaper branded item was ordered which is why you may see a difference in quality. (especially if comparing side by side).
I am, of course, sorry the item you ordered has not been satisfactory and would always recommend a customer who is unhappy with their purchase to contact our support team at the nearest opportunity once in receipt of their order where we will happily accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately we have no previous record of complaint on this order, which was delivered in January, so we have not been given the opportunity to resolve your issue for you. If you contact our support team on 01206 855010 we will, on this occasion, allow for a return request to be accepted and we can happily discuss options for you

Excellent service, I ordered some Decksavers for my xdj’s, got an extra 5% off due to their Easter promotion which was an unexpected surprise. They arrived within a few days by DHL who kept me informed about when my parcel was due, you can track your parcel online which was easy and brilliant.
