Wickes - Beverley Opiniones 

Always a pleasant experience in the Beverley store all the staff are lovely but in particular Tracy M is a treasure, nothing is too much bother and she has the patience of a saint for my silly questions 🙈 I have been served by Tracy on several occasions when I've been in for supplies for my DIY missions, she is always a friendly face and so so polite and helpful.

Just popped in to buy a few things and Tracy M offered to help me get my goods back to the van...

Tracy N was my red headed angel! She came to my rescue with my DIY project; with knowledge, flair and integrity. The time she took to navigate me around the store and to help with the right materials I would need was second to none. Totally amazing! and a complete asset to the company. I will be back for all my other projects. Thank you Tracy!!!

Managed to get what I was looking for at Wickes in Beverley, a very helpful employee called Darren went out of his way to help me, I’d picked up the wrong colour paving grout and he went and got the right colour for me to save me carrying them as they were heavy and then very kindly offered and carried them out to my car for me, I then remembered I needed something else and he took me to where I could find it in the store and told me what I’d need to do the job I wanted to do, his help and advice were very much appreciated. Excellent customer service and Darren is a credit to your company, many thanks a brilliant shopping experience.

We visited beverley today to purchase items Pam was excellent she went out of her way to answer my husband questions and to help with our purchase she was very polite and friendly will definitely be back to shop thank you pam you made our day

A quick drop in for a few supplies at Beverley store with efficient and polite service from Loiuse.

Very disappointed. I drove from Hull to get to the shop on time before closing, I checked google which said the shop closed at 8pm, I got there at 7.52 and it was all closed up. The thing I wanted wasn’t in store at Hull branch so I drove 30 minutes to be denied. I would have been 2 minutes in store.. Lazy, uncommitted staff closing early - very disappointed.

Wickes have again come up trumps with much needed supplies to help

I’ve just purchased shelving from wickes of Beverley.
I have over time the time purchased
Most of my DIY from wickes of Beverley
However on this occasion it has to be the first time I’ve been treated like an enemy by any one let alone from wickes.
The person in question is a very rude lady who obviously has a chip on her shoulder as big as the Grand Canyon.
She certainly has not the usual politeness I have come to expect from the colleagues they employ.
Every time I spoke she tried to score verbal points for reasons that were beyond me!
She was on the click and collect this very morning at 9 to 930 ish
A small lady with the personality not befitting Wickes usual standards.
I have to say her rudeness came out of the blue and I was some what baffled by it.
I write this review as it would seem this lady is someone capable of ruining the wickes brand.
I believe maybe customer care retraining is maybe required to prevent further damage..

Firstly I would like to point out I am a pensioner who suffers with arthritis. I wanted some bark for my garden, as was told to go to wicks who are only, too willing to help carry it to my car. Unfortunately for me that was not the case on my second visits. The member of staff at Beverley was VERY rude and VERY unhelpful. I asked if someone, would collect and carry it to my car as I was unable to manage it myself- I pointed out they had scanned a bar code and arranged for someone to collect and put the bags of bark to my car. This time the assistant was so rude. Told me they don’t do that type of service. She turned her back in me and said I had to get the 3 bags of bark myself. Talk about discrimination- I felt discriminated because I was unable to do it myself. I explained I had just been in less than one hour ago for the same thing 3 bags of bark. After some time they eventually helped me out. But I feel so cross in the way I was treated and spoken to. More so for the assistance not even attempting to help me. Thankfully a member if staff helped me.

We use the Beverley branch of Wickes.
On our last visit we were served by Bryony, who was amazing. She was polite, cheerful, friendly and engaging. She couldn’t do enough to help us with our choices and serve us in the till.
