We had the pleasure of having Jon Firmin as our kitchen designer and we could not fault him. He listened to what we wanted, gave us some great advice and ideas and designed the kitchen exactly how we wanted it. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Hopefully the fitting will go as smoothly.

Fence Panels and Posts.
I visited Wicks Dundee on 8th April and was met by the very helpful Ray.
He understood what I was needing which was fence panels and posts. He guided me through viewing the panels and posts answering all our questions in great detail. All very reassuring. Once we made our choice he took us through the delivery process and payment. He made this all very easy and we found Ray to be very informative and courteous.We just took delivery of materials today and was well withing the time frame given by text the day before. Very happy with the whole experience, well done and thanks to Ray.

Avoid at all cost taking legal action…
Avoid at all cost taking legal action against this company.Alex customer relations manager and a few others are a disgrace. Please avoid my young widowed daughter is suffering anxiety issues due to these people. Left her with no bathroom since 2nd January 2025 won't reply to our emails or answers our calls. How heartless and cold can a Manager be, she has 2 young children just been through 3yr cancel battle with her husband who passed away. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
