Item missing
One item in an Amazon parcel not delivered. They claim it’s been delivered but won’t provide proof of delivery. I have to provide photos of the other boxes that made up my delivery. I also need to download and complete a claim form that requires a wet signature…absolute joke.
It’s like they are actively trying to stop people claiming for undelivered goods.
If you use Evri I will actively avoid you and your business in future.

Slabs Crisps were sold through Temu, packaging was unacceptable, they were split at the back, this seller refused to give a refund or accept any responsibility. Amazon have given refunds and admitted poor quality on product.
