Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd Opiniones

We always use Will's team and this time we needed a new boiler. Will's quote was very informative and well balanced, including some needed radiator valves and a PowerFlush to make sure the system worked well. Each day, the team arrived promptly and worked quickly; they made sure I understood what was happening and worked tidily and respectfully. I'm very happy with the new boiler and the service we recieved.

Brilliant plumbers. Engineers Jake and Cameron diagnosed the problem, repaired the pipe, and carried out extensive tests it to make sure it was safe. Reasonable fees. Good communicators. High recommended.

Able to attend quickly and gave a 2-hour visit window. Did the necessary work well and without fuss. Explained what they'd done clearly, and why. Price felt reasonable.

Prompt service and kind professionals, thank you.

I appreciated Will assessing the problems with my shower pump and
sorting out what the issues were.

Such helpful and swift service - replied to my email in minutes and got my boiler working again. Such a lovely and efficient team who are ready to communicate and find solutions.

I have used will i am Plumbing & Heating a few times for substantial repair works through to boiler servicing, and would highly recommend. Always easy to arrange appointments and William is responsive to queries and making bookings. The team attending the job have always been excellent, arriving punctually, fully equipped, working courteously with minimal mess leaving areas tidy. They also always explained clearly what they are going to do and what they have done and why at the start and end of the job. Reports after are comprehensive with detailed photographs of the work done as a record.

Great Service! Super fast, friendly and efficient. I thought very professional and good value too.

Great experience, Jake was knowledgeable and did a great job. Compared to other plumbers we’ve used this was another level.

Very prompt and helpful service - I got an answer and solution very quickly during a weekend. William helped me solve the problem on my own, in a few minutes!

It was freezing cold outside and I had no heating, no hot water and no plumbers could come out to help as it was so busy. But, will.i.am messaged me numerous times and walked me through how to get everything started until he could get to me. I’m so grateful what kind generous person to do that really appreciate him. His number is definitely in my address book to use for the future.

Friendly, efficient and professional. We've used them several times and we're very happy to recommend them.

I can not recommend Will I Am's services enough. We needed a new oven installed, and a gas safety certificate for cooker and boiler. Will responded to my email very promptly (within the day), and then was there to provide the service the next day. He was extremely friendly and professional, and resolved our issue efficiently. Great communication throughout, and sent paperwork through very quickly. I will definitely be using his services again in the future!
Thank you

Great service, very professional and efficient

This was a quick job to remove 22mm limescale fighter and re-pipe the 28mm mains. Joe and Fabio arrived on time, quickly did what was requested and re-piped the copper mains with welding. This didn’t solve the problem; however, Joe found the issue - it was flow restrictors installed on the shower heads. This was a bingo moment and after removing them the pressure is excellent! Removing the limescale fighter device increased overall pressure in the flat. Excellent job, thanks so much!

Serviced my boiler. They are always professional and polite. Always do excellent job. Wouldn't go else where.

Great service; easy to book and kept me updated on when the plumber would arrive. Very professional encounter.

I had a combi boiler installed (replacing a system boiler) and radiators replaced throughout the house with smart valves attached. I was impressed by the way the company really listened to what I wanted and was responsive to my requests. The installation was done in a very professional manner and I am so pleased with the new system.

What seemed like a simple leak turned out to be really complicated. Ryan managed to open up a boxed in cistern cutting through the tiled panel with real skill so that you couldn’t tell it had been touched after.
