Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd Opiniones

Extremely helpful, quick to respond and clear advice. Will guided me through steps on the phone to help solve my boiler issue - thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Tom and Jake did a superb job of installing my new boiler. It was a tricky installation but they were always focused on the solutions not the problems, which is rare and refreshing! Will is a pleasure to deal with and sends through dozens of photos afterwards and lists everything that has been done. A great company which I highly recommend

Great service, on time.

Excellent as always. Works round the clock. Employees are friendly. Can't praise them highly enough.

Replacement of a broken tap, boiler service and sorting out a radiator problem.

Will responded to my initial enquiry almost immediately, I was able to secure an appointment very soon after. The work was completed to a high standard, the workers wore masks and were socially distant, and were prompt and polite. Excellent service as always (I'm a repeat customer after past great experiences)

I highly recommend Will i am Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They installed my new boiler two years ago and have serviced it every year since, including just this week, 28th May 2021. In my opinion they are thorough, honest and reliable as well as friendly and willing to explain their work processes to you.

William solved several plumbing issues for us and provided an excellent and reliable service. Very competent and friendly staff.

Tom, Jake and Hazar are the dream team! Professional and courteous, they methodically replaced our drab-looking radiators with some fantastic column ones. What impressed me most was how tidy, well mannered and respectful the team were as they efficiently managed their tasks whilst my partner and I worked from home. They even stayed late, working above and beyond to fit some stubborn brass sleeves onto the pipework and even give our walls behind the radiators a paint touch-up. Really impressed by their service and would happily use the team again in the future. P.S. Hope you have fun in Ibiza, Jake ;)

Fixed my tap quickly and explained issues really well. Also freed up stop cock - excellent work and quick too. Highly recommended plumbers. Communication from Will is top notch - friendly and helpful. Am really pleased to have found this company.

Punctual, professional and tidy. Very good service and excellent at communicating before and during the job.

Needed a broken bathroom mixer tap replacing urgently and when I explained this, an engineer was round and completed the job within a couple of hours. Excellent, fast and reliable service. Value for money given the responsiveness.

Good service ( as before, when used) from this company. Friendly and reliable. Bookable appointment times, so know when they will be with you.
Fixed my towel radiator ( new valves etc) and returned when the radiator developed an unrelated problem!
My go to plumbers and gas engineers.

Will - am were recommended word of mouth to us to fit a new boiler. From the start they were efficient, professional, experienced, polite and prompt. In short, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Much cheaper and more professional than other larger plumbing companies I had used. Really friendly and responsive with very trustworthy and competent staff.

I had a boiler problem and Willaim directed me to the most cost effective solution by return of email. Very courteous reply. Richard Bartram

Great service - quick, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I have had work done by this company and I am equally impressed. Within three days of reporting a faulty boiler they installed a new one. The engineers were all efficient, pleasant and professional. They arrived in time and were diligent about cleaning and social distancing. They worked all day to get the boiler fitted so I wasn’t without heating.
The engineer talked me through the process and left me with clear operating instructions. All paperwork was in place and the boiler guaranteed for ten years.
I highly recommend this company. They know what they’re doing and their prices are very reasonable.
This is a company I trust. A rare thing these days.

We had a problem with a leaking Toilet and they were very helpful. The cistern was actually broken, so they came back a few days later and installed a new toilet. Professional, polite and efficient. Will use again.

I recently used them to remove 6 water tanks from my loft, which is in a really tiny space and not a nice job at all.

Joe and his apprentice turned up, were really polite and explained what was happening and just cracked on with the job.

They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and it was great to actually see people who cared and enjoyed their work. Was even more suprised when I was given a bit of a discount because they finished the job sooner than they thought.

I just had a second job completed by the same company when my boiler packed up last week and William came over and made a special effort to move things around so he could fit it in and I wouldn't have to wait a week to get it done.

Another great job.. would highly recommend.

Had my boiler serviced and all radiators checked. The service was efficient and he explained what he was doing at each point. He arrived very punctually and gave very good service. Would very much recommend.
