Very pleased with product (olive wood baby hair brush) which arrived in great condition. What I did find odd though was no confirmation email upon purchase or when item shipped and no paperwork with delivered order - ie returns info, or compliments slip. For a company targeting themselves as ‘high end’ I think this is a bit sub standard ...
