Best bed - worth every penny!
Willow brook have made me TOO
comfortable in my adjustable bed, I only get out of it if I have to…!! Had it a year in September and I love it as much now as the day it was fitted!! My Nan told me “your a fidget arse!” when I was a kid in the 80’s and I haven’t changed, except my body has aged quicker than my mind…. Due to pain, I’m either on my side lying down or sitting up with my knees bent slightly, the biggest difference to me is not having so many extra pillows to prop my knees up and be in the correct position to be comfortable, it’s all done at the touch of a button! BLISS!! In hindsight we could have saved ourselves some money by not having the massage function, which of course wasn’t available to try at the demonstration, as it’s more of a vibration than massage, but it’s great to have it as an option if/when pain gets too bad. So far, so good. 👍🏼 👍🏼 (and some toes too!!)

From initial enquiry to demonstration and delivery and installation - excellent. The salesman Alex, was the only one who came anywhere near the criteria listed. None of the companies contacted would give an estimation of the price and most were over the double the budget quoted, wasting both their and my time. Richard and his mate installing the bed were extremely helpful and efficient and tidy, removing the existing bed, vacuuming the room before installation, and clearing up afterwards and demonstrating the product fully

Gary came to help with my grandad’s bespoke chair today. He was efficient, explained everything well, and understood my grandads concerns.
The chairs are expensive but are bespoke, and with a 5 year warranty it’s understandable.

Excellent communication and delivery
Iwas told when to expect my new bed I was contacted first thing to let me know what time the bed would arrive. Lawrence and Scott arrived within the specified time, they were polite and very cheerful even after the difficult delivery, I live in a first floor flat with no lift access, and quite a long way from the stairs. They removed my old bed and worked efficiently and had my new bed up and running very quickly, after demonstrating the beds movements, they departed taking every scrap of rubbish with them, it was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Failing chair.
I wrote a review recently regarding poor after sales. I had a response indicating that the customer service team would be happy to help. I contacted them who indicating that someone would contact me to discuss the fact that the chair keeps failing and is very uncomfortable. No one has bothered to contact me. These chairs are very expensive, but mine has failed on numerous occasions with engineers visiting and replacing various components. Tha chair keeps on failing. I which I had never bought this chair. There is no after sales support.

This was a really simple transaction. It was easy to see what you wanted, and once contacted they responded very quickly. An appointment was made within a couple of days to measure and demonstrate the chair. The delivery, considering this is a bespoke chair, was very quick and I am thoroughly delighted with the chair and service.

Purchase of armchair for a disabled person
From start to finish the service we received from Willowbrook was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. From the sales rep, customer services personnel and the delivery guys were all ultra efficient. This is a custom made chair that we bought and from date of order to delivery was just over two weeks. We are so impressed with this company. Highly recommend them and their product.

Due to an extremely unfortunate incident, we had to cancel an order placed with Willowbrook. Given the circumstances, and despite their clear Refund Policy, Willowbrook refunded us in full. What I would like to particularly commend is the sympathetic and supportive nature of the customer services team.
