Worst decision I ever made to purchase a chair from Grosvenor Mobility. It has caused me more pain and discomfort than I had before. I complained about size measurements of chair not matching measurements taken by salesman. They agreed and took it back to rectify. Weeks later got it back with no improvement. Seat was hard and uncomfortable and a man came to my home and took it apart and added an extra sifter layer. The arms are too high and cause me extreme pain in neck and shoulders. Seat is too narrow to get arms inside. My next course of action is to complain under the Consumer Protection Act for which I am getting legal advise.

What began as a fact finding mission became a journey, the people on the end of the phone were so patient in orsnising the appointment, then Kevin came to see us ..twice ..and he listened, was so patient and understanding and gave us options not pressure or oppinions. By the end of the visit I felt quite emotional that we were purchasing from a company that genuinely cared. The delivery was smooth, the guys that put it all together were speedy and efficient. Now nearly a two weeks; on while any bed cannot fix everything this one is making a considerable difference to my day to day living. Thank you so much.

Our experience with Grosvenor Mobility was very good, helpful, honest and good quantity comfortable riser recliner chair purchased. Very Happy Customer, given excellent service from Kevin Shaw for the demonstration and the two delivery men Simon and Keiron were very professional.

The excellent service started as soon as I phoned. The measuring was carried out promptly. Mark was efficient, set up a demonstration chair and discussed materials. The chairs were delivered within the given time. Simon and Nathan were polite, set the chairs up, demonstrated how they worked and removed our existing chairs. They are more expensive than others which I have seen, but they do seem to be of high quality. Been excellent service from start to finish.

The company representative Martin was very clear and knowledgeable and demonstrated the product with ease.
He was very helpful and put my disabled partner's mind at rest regarding the product and explained the costs very well.

They made wonderful tailor made recliner chair for my disabled husband . Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to choose a beautiful fabric

Ordered 2 chairs and got them in good time. No months of waiting.. only 3 weeks. Simon and Nathan delivered them in good order and gave a very comprehensive demonstration on how to operate them. Took our old chairs away. Well done boys. Very pleased with the whole process from first demo and ordering to delivery. Well done Grosvenor!

I had a good experience with Kevin today while demonstrating the mobility bed.

My mum Patricia received a visit from Ryan today from the company,he was friendly and explained everything in a calm and excellent Scottish manner.He explained the product thoroughly and mum was delighted with her chair which is bespoke and measured perfectly for her size ,the demonstration was perfect and we are very happy

Pleasant, helpful salesman who didn’t push too hard. Efficient couple who delivered bed. Bed is comfortable, nice design, and I particularly like the lifted position which makes it easy to fit the sheets - ours is a dual mattress which coul have been difficult to fit.

Our ankles already seem less puffy!

Not knowing where to start, and being online forever, Grosvenor called me and sent Chris to see me. He was here a long time and not pressuring me at all so I felt in control of my decision to buy. Now my honest opinion, very very expensive. So all I can add is, if you have enough money, please go ahead and buy from Grosvenor mobility, and you won’t be disappointed.

I had the worst consumer expereince ever with this Company. They made my chair the wrong size, my seat depth was too long by 2 inches, even though they came out TWICE in 5 months to measure me up!. I first had neck pain using the chair. I tried several different cushions and still had same problem. after 2 years I realised the chair was made wrong. I was injured and on strong medication. When I told Grosvenor. They said it was my comfort prefernce and the chair has been made correctly. I even sent video evidence to the ombudsman showing the chair incorrectly made and they still sided with Grosvenor as I left it too late. I am now left with a chair i can only use in the recliner positon. Do not use this company !! I am reporting the company to trading standards and BBC watchdog.
Do not believe the company's reply. Thier lying!!. No one has inspected the chair for manufacturing faults. They shouldn't be allowed to trade in this industry. I wouldn't be saying this if they had of checked it. Appalling company unfortunately.

My experience was amazing. I was shocked I was able to experience the bed from my own home. Chris was my advisor, and he was brilliant. Excellent communication skills and he was very knowledgeable about not only the bed and it's benefits, but health wise also and how the body works with the bed. He knew exactly what I would and wouldn't like based on just being in my home. Chris had excellent customer service skills I would recommend Grosvenor mobility to anyone even with a person has no health problems, I'd still recommend.

Tony visited me this morning to demonstrate a Recliner Chair. Tony was very friendly and polite and explained everything very thoroughly. I decided to proceed with the order. I would definately recommend Tony and Grosvenor Mobility.

Booked a home visit for an adjustable bed. What a lovely company to deal with. From the pleasant lady on phone booking appointment. She gave me information in a kind precise way - the way I like it! Prompt visit from a nice man Chris who demonstrated how the bed works on a camp size bed. Mattress put on and I could try it out. Along with massage facility. Wow! All my questions were answered. Lots of choice of fabrics in all colours. No pressure to buy. All in all a good experience so far and a bed exclusive for me is in production. My back will be grateful. Will post further when I get my beautiful pink bed.
