Just an appalling company, full stop and one I highly recommend you totally avoid at all costs.

In my experience, their flashy website is as legally close to a scam as is possible.

If the wing mirror is “in stock” and it seems, all Wing Mirror units alway are - it’s likely a lie.

If they promise delivery in 48 hrs, unpainted, 72 hrs painted, it’s likely another lie.

If they “promise to reach out to you”, after they’ve had your cash and ONLY THEN told you, the part isn’t actually in stock and on back order with a 10-13 day turn around…

It’s further lies.

They will neither reach out to you, and the 10-13 day turn around to delivery? DON’T MAKE ME LAUGH, PLEASE.

TRY TWO MONTHS!!!!!

Their phone was ALWAYS engaged.

They DO NOT answer their emails.

I strongly advise an alternative choice of action…

Go to a salvage yard - they will have what you want (or via their databases can point to to another that does), it will be considerably cheaper and the part in decent nick. They are approachable, and above all, TRUTHFUL…

…AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED PROMPTLY.

Worrying. Send not working item, say they will replace as soon as in stock, now in stock 11 days…. No real movement on this. Have offered to take a refund and lose the amount I paid locally for fitment…. Oh no leave with us, will update if I have to remove that star!!!!!

Had to order two wing mirrors as quickly as possible so opted for a company that had them in stock and could offer fairly quick delivery. Roll on 2 months later and I have not received any items from this company. I have now been refunded by my credit card company and fitted mirrors that I ordered from AliExpress which arrived in a matter of days after ordering. My order status still shows as awaiting stock however the website still shows the items as available for next day delivery. The worst sort of company.

Ordered a part that said in stock. Spoiler: it wasn’t. No emails, no updates, just me chasing them on the phone if I wanted any information. Each time I called, I was given a new “restock date,” which then came and went. Cheers for that.

Two months later, the part finally appears. I raise a ticket to cancel the order. A few days later they ship it anyway. Called up, and customer service was more interested in explaining things than listening, which was not helpful. I needed to fill out a different form. Oh great.

Honestly, the whole thing felt needlessly painful from start to finish.

Hurrendous company to deal with!
I have been in the motor trade 25 years, and dealt with a lot of companies in that time. I am always polite and patient.
However, this company are next level useless.
First door mirror I bought was 2 weeks lead time - no problem. 10 weeks later I finally got through to them and it eventually arrived. Fortunately I have VERY understanding customers, because this part was NOT refundable!

Second part I bought from them was a pair of wing mirror indicators which are incorrect and don’t fit on the vehicle it is advertised for. They used a library picture to show a genuine part as the pattern part. I ordered the pattern part and it was wrong. No problem, so I sent it back. I have been waiting for a refund of £72.76 plus postage for just under 4 months!
I have sent several emails, tried calling and I get an answering machine at 2pm saying offices are now closed.
I used the online chat several times, and the agent said I would get an email to confirm that my refund had been processed.
Well I haven’t had a single email for months!
On my online account it says the return has been received and the refund has been processed - it hasn’t!

It’s only £72 ish, but I’m very upset with the way this company just ignores emails and phone calls.
My guess is, it’s someone in a bedroom running their company and it’s all got out of hand.
Just because you have a posh website with a live chat bot, doesn’t make you a good business!

It doesn’t look like I will ever see the money refunded, and it doesn’t seem that I will ever get through to these people to get it!

Do not use this company!!!!
I have now been waiting for over 2 months for a refund.
Despite several emails and phone conversations promising that the money will be in my account I am still waiting!

Not even 1 star! Waited 30 days for a refund on a product that was in stock when they took our money. Then it became clear it wasn't even in the country!
Communication is horrendous and it's as though they recognise your number and block it!When trying from a friends phone they allow the call!

Finally received refund today, day 30, after threatening legal action and to also involve the bank. They wouldn't allow PayPal payment despite it saying so on the website!

Asked to speak to management but none available. Had a phone call from a man who was a manager. Attitude absolutely disgusting! No apology for the delay in issuing a refund.

Total cowboys!

Ordered the part online, the website looks so good and makes it seem so easy. When my car wing mirror was broken I needed a replacement asap, so I paid extra for the faster postage. After placing the order, I got an email after 2 days, saying item was not in stock and would be placed on back order. Then I heard nothing for 3 months. There was no reply to any of my help requests using their online contact form. The website does not allow cancellations and the small print says this also. You can only cancel order on day of purchase, otherwise you must wait for delivery and then return the item. After 3 months, an automated email informed me that the item had shipped. My wing mirror finally arrived, the part is non-genuine, made in Taiwan, but it does fit my European car. However, this company made me think that I had been scammed. I should have just gone through a reputable main dealership for my car and got them to fit it as well.

I ordered a replacement wing mirror for my 2004 Wrangler, then happened to see some of the poor reviews on TrustPilot. My experience could not have been better!!
I placed the order on a Thursday and the mirror arrived 4 days later. It is exactly what I wanted and was a lot cheaper than others I saw online. So I am delighted with the service I received from WingMirrorMan

Ordered on 3 July for next day delivery still not arrived their phones are always closed no reply to any emails. Don't use terrible service.

Part delivered incorrectly, promised for a month to ship replacement, still no response despite 3 calls, numerous emails. Now trying to get money back but not hopeful. Strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Ordered the wrong part, and after sending it back and being told a refund was due, I was given a different excuse every time I called as to why no refund had been received. 100% a scamming company, avoid.

We bought a wing mirror replacement from Wing mirror man, we gave the sales person vehicle details and were assured that the correct replacement would be sent, we spent another £100 on trying to have it fitted by a professional fitter, he could not fit there were gaps all round where water could leak in, the indicator would not recognise the wiring so was flashing over fast in the vehicle and a warning was showing constantly, trying to get hold of the customer service was nigh impossible, we had to keep ringing sales to put us through, we applied for a refund on the returned item, which was agreed, but that refund has still not been paid 28 days on we would not recommend anyone to use this company

I cancelled an order in early May before any product was shipped and got an email from them saying refund pending. Upon checking my credit card bill early June I saw the refund had not come through. I called them multiple times and was assured each time the matter was being dealt with. I also emailed their finance dept who did not respond. I gave up mid-June and am now pursuing getting my money back via my credit card company. I will be reporting this company to trading standards.
