Waste of my money
What a rubbish site I deposited 30.00 got 100 bonus and all you can play with that is bingo ! And bingo only pays put no more than 11.00 for the house and ive been playing today and tue same person won 9 times??
Also when I did win 8.00 ypu cant withdraw it it just takes it from you to purchase bingo tickets instead of using ya bonus!
Never known a rubbish site like it if I had known you cant withdraw or you can only win a tenner on bingo I would surely not have wasted 30 quid on this site!

Joined there site made a few deposits, managed to win a nice amount so made a withdrawl. Finally after 3 days they email to say they needed id, bank statements, proof of address etc which were sent back immediately. Now complete silence! Tried to log in my account says closed, wont reply to any emails at all! Quick enough to take people's money but wont let them have it back. Ive never seen any site that works this way going off the reviews how can they keep getting away with holding back people's money its just not fair at all. Please tell me your fomal complaints procedure thanks hopefully will get a response that way instead!

Currently waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawl after asking for photo id, a picture of me holding my ID, front and back of bank card, a utility bill and a pdf bank statement. Had to wait a week for my bank statement and now ive sent that aparently there is no time frame for the team to look into it. Wouldnt reccomend

Not much Bingo choice over night, but a decent site
I've been using this site for a couple of months now, and have found it to be pretty decent. The winnings aren't life-changing, but it's exciting enough, as I work unsociable hours, which means that (when I play) there aren't many other people to play with, which (naturally) increases one's odds of winning!
I've given a 4 star rating only because many games don't operate during the night, and 'wee hours' of the morning. That usually limits me to a couple of games to play, as I tend to play bingo, rather than the casino games.
Great site though. I'm really enjoying it!

Avoid. They will take your deposits instantly but invent endless obstacles when you try to withdraw.
Depositing with Wink Bingo takes seconds. Withdrawing is a different story entirely. When I requested my withdrawal, the money was withheld while I was pushed through a verification process that felt designed to frustrate rather than to comply with any genuine regulatory requirement.
I provided everything asked of me, including an official bank statement, only to have documents rejected on spurious grounds and new demands raised each time I complied with the last one. This is not how legitimate KYC works. Identity checks should be completed before or at the point of deposit, not weaponised at the point of withdrawal to hold onto a customer's money.
For anyone in the same position, be aware that Broadway Gaming (the operator behind Wink Bingo) is bound by Gambling Commission Licence Condition 17.1.1, which requires operators to pay out winnings and return funds without unreasonable delay. Their own terms and conditions commit them to processing withdrawals within stated timeframes. In my experience they honoured neither.
I have had to escalate to a formal complaint and cite their regulatory obligations just to get movement on money that is mine. No customer should need to quote licence conditions at a gambling operator to retrieve their own funds.
The pattern here is obvious: frictionless deposits, obstructed withdrawals. Whether that is incompetence or strategy, the result for the customer is the same. Take your money somewhere that treats withdrawals with the same urgency as deposits.
One star, and only because zero is not an option.

I do like this site, selection of games are great.
However having to wait anything upto 72 hours or more for a withdrawl in this day and age can put you off depositing. Hope this can be sorted, as like i said i do like it

On weekends, the service runs at a smaller scale for now, so some requests may take up to the first available business day, but our teams still push to release funds as promptly as possible.
We are also in the process of rolling out internal updates that will “supercharge” this part of the service. The aim is to cut down waiting times and make payouts more consistent, no matter which method you use or what day it is.

Wink Bingo are thieves !!!!!! Username SUSIECHIPS ... Deposited last week 50 , I won 180 so withdrew £230 .. Hours later my account was closed because i made an account whilst had a self exclusion on a sister site ... Something i had forgotten about as 10 years ago . They have given me my 50 deposit back and are witholding the 180 forever . Even though the dim customer service guy on email has admitted that their system is not working as it should but still i am not getting my winnings. Tombola Bingo was fined 184,500 last year for the same thing by the gambling commission... and because Wink Bingo are refusing to offer me a complaints procedure I will go directly to the Gambling commission .

Poor I was enjoying wink bingo but after a win my account suddenly closed with no explanation I have asked numerous times but no one has any answers I have even offered to send more id I play other bingo site and won and never have I had this u feel like it’s strange that min u win the dnt give u chance to win again like other sites
