Good platform, but some oddities.
Yes, it is a good way for the public to invest in fractional bonds and have a basket of them managed automatically.
I would agree that putting money in or (though I have not done it yet) getting money out is a little confusing since the bank statement does not quote Wisealpha. It took me some time, a year after investing, to figure out what the withdrawals were for.

Without WiseAlpha I would not be investing in bonds.
I get a great service from WiseAlpha for my investments in the bond market. Without WiseAlpha I would probably not have entered the bond investment market. It is easy to follow all my investments online.

Increasing my investments
I have been using this service in a small although increasing way over the past few years. Generally I am very pleased. Although people need to be aware this is way more risky than putting your money in a bank. I manage the risk by being very careful which companies to invest in and not investing more than I can afford to lose. In addition to the website they also provide an app.

It easy to use and you kept up date on new bond have added and receive emails when interest is paid on the bond and had no problem with it yet

Good online investment platform
I have had an account for a while now. The website is easy to navigate and it can all be done online. It is interesting and convenient for someone to onsell fractions of corporate bonds, but if you have no experience of investment I advise against unless you are fully aware of the risks of investing in companies. Having said that, I am self taught and don't know a lot.
