Once they've got your Payment info there is no way to cancel service. Total scam
Subscribed and no follow-ups. Got lost. Asked refund, but I got rejected. Its refund policy is "No refund"
Shockingly poor report that provided no real insight. Had to go back to them three times to point out all the incorrect and irrelevant information. They would not refund any money - avoid at all cost!
I've worked with several report agencies & this has been the worst experience I've had. Firstly they share reports which are no where close to depicting the actual market numbers & then when questioned about the report, they just bail out asking for more money to prove their first report itself.
The worst part is that they refuse to believe the Annual reports of public listed companies.
Complete wastage of my money, would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.
Terrible experience... beware about this company. I paid them 1000 USD for a report. Once my team and I digged in, we found their numbers were not correct. What did they do when we asked for clarifications? Stop responding! Avoid them at all costs!
They are very enthusiastic sellers and offered huge discounts to buy a particular report.Sadly the report I believed they were discounting and offering me was not the one I received. It was a very simple market statistics summary which I could have found myself.
I felt conned so asked that they send the additional missing 4 pages.They refused explaining I had misunderstood them .They had however misunderstood me but would not accept that they could be in the wrong.
I asked for my money back or the additional 4 pages and as well as ignoring my messages for many days each time they have not shown any flexibility to solve this disappointing experience.
You will find flexibility to get a sale, but I doubt you will find any customer service if you are not happy.
