PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED NO REFUND PROVIDED.

The company filed for bankruptcy and now my backordered chair, that I never received, will not be shipped nor my payment refunded. They dragged me along for such a long time making empty promises, that now I cannot recoup the loss even from my credit card company. DON NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER!!! Lost $1000!

Scammers!!

Scammers!!! Liars!!!!! The company has filed chapter 11. They never refunded the 6 dining room chairs (valued at 5,000.00) when they were discontinued. Took a year of hearing excuses -they’re in the warehouse but can’t be shipped yet, back ordered, supply chain issues before finally hearing they were discontinued. They lied and said it would take 15 business days for a refund. Then when I asked again they said since the amount was over 2,500. 00 it had to go to corporate. Then a month later I got a letter saying they were in bankruptcy court!!!!

Paid >3k for 2 items not delivered with…

Paid >3k for 2 items not delivered with consistent service representative re-stating order running late. Today found out Bankruptcy filed in June. No refunds. Despite this Wisteria remains viable. They basically are a fraudulent company collecting large sums of money. They are unethical and sadly have a legal team to keep this up and running. There is no recourse but to file separate claims and forms. Right. Sure wish I knew the resources to hold them accountable and credible. Slim exists and lesson learned.

Wisteria stole my money, no products no refund

On July 11th, Wisteria fraudulently collected my money for products and had no intention of delivering said products and filed for bankruptcy protection 12 days later.  On July 29th I was emailed that they just moved warehouse and the products I ordered were in stock and will be shipped.

This seems like a calculated warehouse sale to inflate their coffers while ripping US citizens of their hard earned money.  Wisteria is an unethical company with absolutely no moral values.

This company is a con! They dash with your cash. Buyer Beware!

Wisteria is marketing their company as a premium fine furniture wholesaler however they aren’t providing fine service. In May/2025 I ordered & paid in full $1800 incl. a delivery chg for the Eco Buffet sideboard that was supposedly ‘in stock’. Prior to that purchase I had called & spoke with Cassy (sp) who assisted me with my order. She stated that buffet was available & that there was (3) in stock. I had just missed a sale the week earlier & she stated they had limited stock on some but not all pieces in their collections. I did receive the order form in an email a few days later & was also assured I’d be emailed the shipping date details. Three weeks passed with no further correspondence. I called & spk to her again. She informed me the Eco Buffet actually wasn’t in stock & I’d have to wait at least a mth for it to ship from abroad. Frustrated indeed but I’d fully paid & decided to trust they’d have it here as promised, the beginning of summer. Again, I had no further contact from them. I called once again & spoke to a different woman who was terse when I inquired where my buffet was. She was defensive stating they are a small business & only had 25 staff, (3) of which handled all the accounting & orders from online so they were backed up with orders from the sale. I was then advised there is delays due to tarriff’s. My buffet would soon ship & arrive by June 26th, I was told. That date came & went & after another email, clearly I’m doing all the work, I received a reply weeks later there was yet another delay & nlt than July 8th it would arrive. An addtl. 2-3 wk’s would then be needed for it to arrive at my home. I never once received any tracking information. I emailed again since they were now not answering the calls during their usual business hours. No reply. July 26th came & went and I sent multiple emails. Most ignored. I then received an email end July from Cassy apologizing for the long delay, again blaming it on tariff’s however I was assured by her that good news was the buffet was finally ready to ship. It was allegedly in route on the ship & eta is early August. I waited 2 weeks with not a word & then tried to call on August 8th. No answer, the vm is full & can’t accept my call. I sent (3) additional emails to inquire about tracking #, delivery details, etc & to hopefully get an update. Those emails now come back as ‘undeliverable’. I’ve been conned & they took $1800 from a retired veteran. My front entry is still empty waiting for the buffet. It’s been a major inconvenience & I’m beyond frustrated & angry. There appears to be no recourse. The irony is as of now their website is running as though they are accepting orders. The audacity of them to be advertising ‘NEW’ collections & a 20% off seasonal sale. The Eco Buffet I paid for is now back in their catalog yet never made it to my home. Many customers haven’t received their items paid for dating back to 2024. Buyer be very wary & heed the reviews. This company has sent emails lying about expected deliveries when they knew they were filing Chapter 11 in June/July 2025. Now I have to hire an attorney.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR PURCHASE…

DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WISTERIA! We have $4,700 worth of orders pending since summer 2024. We've experienced constant delays and broken promises. This week, we received a notice of their Chapter 11 bankruptcy from their customer care team. 1 year after placing the orders - our money is fully gone with no return.

Wisteria has unethical business practices

I ordered an arm chair from Wisteria.com that cost about $900. It arrived with the wooden frame cracked from shipping. I sent pictures of the damage and requested a return. The company would not arrange for shipping back so that it could be returned. They essentially ignored the problem.

I love Wisteria! They really deliver and are so helpful! I recommend them constantly and have sent them 6+ figures of business EASY. So happy! I'll be a lifelong customer

Too Over-Priced for the Expense

I have been purchasing from Wisteria, I think, since it was just a catalog. It was already a little pricey for what you received, but you weren't likely to see the same thing in all your friends' homes. In the last five years, I have purchased lamps and furniture. Everything is always fine for maybe the first 6 months, then it starts falling apart. I was able to do self-repairs for a bit, then hit places where I didn't know how to repair them. Well, good luck getting Customer Service to even reply. Now admittedly, one of the items that broke worst was a two-year-old chair. (They still sell it.) The thing is, it is in a room we *rarely* use, and on the third time a person sat on it, the whole frame cracked into pieces. I couldn't even get them to answer if they would discount a new chair. No answer at all.

My husband is a custom home builder on a local beach. We have steered a lot of people toward Wisteria for "the look". Some of them have had problems, too. So, I'm done with them. Fini! WAY too overpriced for the quality.

BEWARE! Awful customer service and do not stand behind their products. Rudest people I ever encountered when called. They encouraged me to write an awful review because they just don't care.

Desk with White Glove Delivery

Bought a desk with ‘$300 white glove delivery’, delivery company refusing to give a delivery window until the night before. Told they would be doing me a ‘favor’ to tell me morning or afternoon. TRIED to ask Wisteria about this, more than 10 calls & 6 messages left for return calls got NOTHING. Then rep ‘couldn’t directly contact her supervisor’. I paid $300 for top delivery option, still no desk has been delivered. They say it’s been nearby for more than a week. Is this catalog a scam? I say yes.
