Had some business with the BIRMINGHAM branch. Bad experience and found the people I dealt with to be dishonest. My advice is research the company and the staff/owner representing them and then make a decision. My personal experience would mean I would never ever trust them for any legal work in any shape or form. Be careful.
Awful law firm! First at all, they didn't respect the option that I choose to be contacted by email when I fullfiled a contact form in their website instead they called me, but I couldn't answer the phone, when I called them back (Birmingham location) after few questions that the receptionist made me, she hang up the phone on me (the call didn't dropped otherwise she had called me back).

Following my initial enquiry, I sent information as requested. Having waited a further 15 days without a response from them, I again made contact asking for an update. They telephoned me for further information and now a further 17 days down the line I have still not heard. I have wasted time sending documentation and correspondence. I cannot recommend due to the abysmal service.

1) They did actually respond (it took a few nags, but we got there in the end), and;
2) They offered a very comprehensive response.

Why only three stars? Well I've not actually used them yet so it's only a knock on the door at the moment, plus it did take a few emails to get their attention.
