Not only did I manage to get an appointment within 24 hours (everyone else was offering literally weeks later) but a home visit too which was really important as my mother is 91 and doesn't travel well! Jordan was so kind and patient dealing with my mother who had gone completely deaf in both ears and was very distressed about the situation. I was so grateful with how he dealt with her and, more importantly extracting her blockages!
