As always, the folks at Wizard Pins did a smashing job. We never give them very much time, and so far they are batting 1000 on coming through anyway! Good work, fast work, accurate shipping, and pleasant demeanor besides. 100% positive, for sure.

Five Star All The Way! We had a rush order (essentially a one day turn around) and the team was incredibly responsive and knew exactly the level of support we needed! Truly phenomenal team! They even caught a mistake in our artwork that we overlooked in our rush and brought it to our attention! Truly amazing attention to detail! Our company had branded merch plans fall through ahead of a major industry conference and I had exactly 15 days to find an alternate solution.

The ONLY company I found that was able to do rush orders that did not require I buy in minimum quantities of 100s was Wizard Pins. You have to place the order before you can receive a proof, and I reached out to ask questions before committing payment.

Their sales team answered me immediately. From the point of sale through design phase they were responsive within minutes and accommodated my design changes with complete patience and professionalism.

Delivery was guaranteed, reasonably priced, and arrived exactly as tracked via FedEx.

With rush order pins, you have to pick one of the existing shapes and we went with Oval which turned out great for our logo design. It will actually stand out better on the garments than had we gone with the custom shape.

The magnet is strong and the quality of the pin is excellent. I'm very satisfied with the product and experience.

I have found our new pin vendor and perhaps other merchandise as needed.

I ordered sticker sheets and enamel pins with magnetic backs. Sheets turned out great. Pins were beautiful, but there was an issue with the plating. Wizard turned around another beautiful and better replacement batch quickly! Looking forward to ordering more from Wizard in the future!

Short story--I needed some custom pins really fast and they got them made and shipped to me in about a week!

Longer story--my company took over a hybrid tour/escape room experience. Customers are given custom pins at the end of the tour and we had a transition issue and ran out of pins.

After submitting my order online, Wizard Pins emailed me directly very soon after to verify my design, which wasn't quite right because it turns out I didn't have the correct file. I let them know about the previous owner's orders and they very quickly found the correct design and got things going. They quoted me 3 weeks to produce, plus time to ship. I let them know about our situation and within a week the pins were at my door! So glad we only had one week without these, instead of almost a month.

Fast and personal service--very refreshing.
