Wizard pins took an existing logo we had and customized it for our Pin and Sticker project. They did a great job working with us and quickly getting new drawings out for us to review. They also shipped the products super quick! Would definitely recommend.

I'm still trying to get someone to talk to me about what's going on with my order. I'm ordering 25 pins, at least trying to, and it's been a week since my order was 'Unfulfilled.' No one there is talking to me, I think I've lost over $200 for this order >_<

I can't give more than 1 star to a company that lies.

I asked for a quote for 500 coins. They came in at nearly $4.50 per coin.

I went to a few other places and got quotes for $3.56 per coin. When you are dealing with 500 coins, that is a massive cost difference. So I thanked him for his time, and told him I would be using another company. At this point he said he would match their price. I was very clear at this time that the quote for $3.56 was for a 2" double sided 3d mold (I still have the email).

So I went ahead and sent over my artwork to him, at which point he told me that it wouldn't look very good in enamel and that he recommended a photo dome coin. He then sent me a pricing of $3.96 per coin to do this.

What? So I clarified that I wanted a 3d molded coin, not an enamel coin or a photo dome coin. At this point he replies that 3d molds are "usually only for the center of the coin, not the entire thing". Well, someone should tell that to all the other companies who make coins out there. gs-jj for example advertises on their home page full double sided 3d molded coins.

At this point, I am done with them. Their prices came in higher than every single other company I ran quotes by. The only reason I was going to use them was because I used them for enamel pins back in 2020, and I figured I would stick with a company I had worked with before.

At this point though he has told me he will do my coins for:
$4.50
Then he agreed to match $3.56
Then he decided to quote me $3.96 for lesser quality photo dome coins. And he is going to charge another 60 cents per coin for the plastic coin holder. So that would have been $4.56.

When i reminded him that he had told me he was going to match their price, his response was, "I don't think we are a good fit for this order". Yea... I agree.

I am going to go with my $3.56 quote, from a company who only does one thing, and that is produce challenge coins. It will save me over $500, and is actually a 3d molded coin and not a silly photodome print. Seriously, have you seen what a photodome coin looks like compared to an actual 3d molded coin? Massive difference.

These guys are a middle man. They don't actually print anything themselves. They go to the companies that I am getting quotes from, which is why they are consistently exactly 20-25% above everyone else's prices.

I ordered from Wizard Pins because they had good prices and a low turnaround time. The communication was excellent (clear and timely) and I received my order before I was expecting it.

Could not be any happier with them. We worked with Joe, who made our difficult and time-sensitive project a smooth process. We had our pins in more than enough time, and the quality and finish were brilliant. We literally could not have been happier. Excellent product, excellent service.

the worst pin company i’ve ordered from. i ordered 100 pins and only 10 of them came somewhat decent. they had so many flaws, from dents to scratches even some hairs pressed into the pins. the quality was absolutely terrible and i complained and they did not want to refund me. i spent over $300 and lost it all. i would never order from them again it was such a terrible experience.

Buyer beware. WizardPins make their products in China — the order I received was completely different to the agreed artwork.

The pins take a long time to arrive from China.
The quality is variable
They have no customer service number
They want returned defective products before any refund. (shipping costs will not be refunded)

Excellent communication and service. The coins not only came out PERFECT, but they arrived amazingly fast. I fully expected to wait a month or more. They were ordered April 10th and arrived April 24th!!!! Detail was amazing. I will definitely order from them again.
