I bought a nebuliser. I placed the Oder on the web site and payed a very easy system. I got a confirmation mail. And receipt and the nebuliser arrived 25 hours later. Amazing service many thanks

Great packaging
Unusually, courier took three attempts at delivery though I was in every day. Supplies were fine thanks to the packaging Williams used even through the outer box had taken a beating, my supplies were tip top.

Order didn’t arrive
Put in an order 10 days ago. Had to verify my identity, which I did, but never received the order. When I inquired, they said it was delivered the day after my identity was confirmed, which it didn’t.

I can’t praise her more in that she was very helpful an a really pleasant lady to help me through my purchase.
