Top quality customer service

I ordered two chains from Wolf Cycles. Only one arrived but they only had my word for it. They immediately sent a replacement without question. Top customer service. Nice touch and one that will ensure my loyalty to them. Thanks.

Great service

Great service - Will and Alex went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct cassette for my bike and although there was no stock it was sourced and sent out as soon as it was available again ! Thanks

Always Great Service

I've used Wolf Cycles a few times now and find them very reliable with excellent pricing and delivery options. This time was no exception. The tyre arrived exactly when I needed it and was properly packaged (not folded). Zero stress.

Prompt delivery

Product was delivered on time and as bought during a busy run up to Christmas. It was left on my doorstep instead of in my parcels box as requested. I can't review the product as it was a gift and hasn't been used yet

Thank you for the feedback. We offer a range of couriers including DX, UPS, Royal Mail and Evri. With the order value of your purchase you qualified for free DX next day delivery which is what you opted for, though other services were available. I understand that DX stated on the tracking that they attempted delivery to you on Christmas Eve however you had been waiting in all day and had no contact from them. DX then completed delivery on the next working day on the 27th. We understand that this can be very frustrating, especially around Christmas, however on the whole we have found DX to be reliable at delivering within the specified time parameters so it seems you have been quite unlucky here, i suspect with pre-Christmas rush.
