I received my bill and was a 49.99 late…

I received my bill and was a 49.99 late fee for a 2.99 charge for a paper bill which I didn't even know they charged a fee for a paper bill. Spoke to an regular customer service person who was unconcerned about my issue only to ask to speak to a manager who was even less concerned. So I paid my balance owed and said I wanted to be removed from their mailing list altogether and didn't want to receive anything else from Women Within them they informed
me I would have a 2.00 interest fee still owed on my account.They have quit the racket going to charge you with extra fees for a person who has been a customer for many years who has never had a problem in the past and always paid their bill on time. So be careful and make sure you check your statements.

HORRID COMPANY

I ordered the wrong size pants. The return process was painful. I opted for a gift card because they charge a fee to refund your original payment. Customer service said I'd receive a gift card by mail. Nada. If they actually said email, Nada. I had to email them for an answer. Oh yes!, they reply via email, including the gift card info. 🙄

Trying to place my new order using the gift card? A royal PITA.

Let's not even about excessive shipping costs.

Run, do not walk from this company.

Completely untrustworthy company.

I would love to give this company‘s customer service department zero stars.

I have been trying to use a credit for three to four weeks and it keeps coming up as invalid. I was told a new pin needs to be issued by the gift card department.

I can’t even begin to count the number of times I have spoken on the phone, chatted & exchanged emails with customer service representatives over the past 3-4 weeks & absolutely nothing has been done.

Steer clear of this positively horrendous company, they will just screw you out of your hard earned money & play games with you, until you either give up or take legal action.

I have never had an issue like this, that was not promptly resolved by customer service. It’s an absolutely disgusting reflection on the Full Beauty companies.

When I order items they are all in…

When I order items they are all in stock. When some of the items are received some items were not shipped because they are out of stock. The wait time for the out of stock items has been as long as 2 months. Trying to get customer service is maddening. Even though the automated system can’t answer your question you are not given an option to speak to a person. Discovered #0 will get you a person. The real person sounds like another automated voice. It/he/she doesn’t let you speak. Life is too short for this kind of aggravation. Closed my account. Given the poor reviews here I’m guessing Woman Within doesn’t really care.

I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GIVE THIS ATROCIOUS COMPANY ONE STAR. MORE LIKE -10!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'LL BE SORRY! I CAN SEE WHY THEY ONLY HAVE A 1.2 RATING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Because of that I purchase my Christmas gifts throughout the year so that I get the best deals and all my purchases are paid for before the holiday.
I purchased a lot of items this year from this company. Three of the items ended up being, in my opinion, sized wrong. In fact, I purchased two pair of leggings at the same time; one fit my daughter fine. The other one she couldn't even get over her bottom. Had to be at least 2 sizes smaller than marked. An 18/20 cardigan was purchased; a few sizes bigger than my daughter's 14/16 size. She couldn't even get her arms through the sleeves. And don't even ask me about the jeggings. It was comedy hour seeing her try to get into a pair that was 2 sizes bigger than she normally wears and not getting once leg through. Those are the items that I wanted to return - just for size. I wasn't asking for any money back - just the same thing in larger sizes. But because I was thrifty and made purchases throughout the year - I was told that none of my items could be returned because of a 60 day return policy. Even though I told the reps they were Christmas gifts when I bought them and a rep the day after Christmas told me I could exchange for size. No refunds; exchange only. I was OK with that. But either that rep was lying, all the prior reps were lying, or they were just all incompetent, because today I was told NO! Their "SYSTEM" couldn't handle the returns. Convenient! I asked to speak to a supervisor but amazingly, none were available. Again, how convenient!
MY QUESTION WAS - WHAT ARE YOU LOSING EXCHANGING FOR SIZE? ANSWER - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So go ahead, let your "system" determine your customer service/customer relations rather than plain common sense. You'll pay on your bottom line in the end.

Bad experience all the way around.

Shipping is horribly slow. Missed promised delivery date twice, by a week. Clothing material is thinner than previous orders. Sizing is all over the place. Used to be my go to store. NO MORE! Not even worth the 50% off sales.

Bad customer service!!

I ordered 2 pants. 1st time ordering so I went by their sizing chart and ordered according to what the chart said would fit. I received my order and both pairs oa pant were so big I could fit 2 of me in 1 pair. I requested return. They made me pay for shipping to return and deducted the original shipping from my return amount. Even though I ordered per their size chart they made me pay. I will never order from this business again!! Do not order from here, order from someone else. Bad customer service!!

This is not a reputable company. Beware. I just received a catalog in the mail. There are pants on the back outside page that I wanted to order. The price listed is $9.99. I got on-line and ordered three pair. The price shows $27.99. I chatted with AJ to see what was wrong. He said I'd have to call to get the price. I had picked a color not on the catalog picture. That wouldn't be the $9.99. Then even a color listed on the catalog isn't available. I JUST got the catalog today. They are just trying to suck the shoppers in and do not stand behind what they say. I'm pretty sure I'm fortunate I was not able to get them to honor their prices and colors. Do not trust this company!

A Painful Experience…

Even 1 star is an overstatement of this companies Customer Service!!!
I ordered an item from them and applied credit due me for the item a year ago. When I would check on the status of my order, they would say, it was delayed. By May of 2025, I gave up and cancelled my order. To date, I have neither received a check or credit for my cancelled order. I have called repeatedly and their response was, we will have to review your case and make a decision. Please call us back to see what the decision is. Last TC to them on 12/18/25 was that a check would be going out on 12/19/25. To date, 12/30/25, I have not received their check. Since I had discarded all my notes on this situation thinking this was finally resolved, I disposed of my notes in prep for company coming for the holidays. I called today and now since I no longer have the order number and it doesn't show up online, they can only say "We are sorry for the inconvenience". To say I am over EVER dealing with this company again is an understatement! Buyers BEWARE!!

Do not order anything from them

Do not order anything from them. Their shipping prices outweigh their discount on clothes. Ordered item, saw the associated shipping charges, and immediately canceled the order. Eight hours later I get a response that says it’s too late to cancel!!!

They changed the prices on my order. There was one price on the confirmation email and another on the shipping email. This company has very deceptive business practices and horrible customer service.

BIGGEST MISTAKE IS TO SHOP HERE! I ordered a shirt Dec 3 (wrong size) tried to cancel order, they would not. Shipped wrong size anyway. Got wrong size today Dec 11 (nearly 2 weeks of waiting ~ for the wrong item) Now have to return (wait 2 weeks for a refund) and reorder right item, if it doesn't sell out, and wait 2 more weeks to get item. Reps are from the Philippines, don't speak or understand English, do nothing, do not help. Worst customer service on the planet. Nightmare! Unresolved! DO NOT SHOP HERE. LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STAR RATINGS! There's a reason for that! So ordered a LARGE and wanted to get an EXCHANGE for a MEDIUM. Waited almost 3 weeks. Rep said SO YOU WANT TO ORDER A LARGE???? OMG! Seriously????

I recently purchased one tee shirt and it was ok. I just now saw a PayPal withdraw for Women within rewards for 16.99. I don't recall singing up for this. I never sign up for rewards. So I had to create an account and log in to cancel the subscription. It would be 16.99 a month for rewards for a company I rarely shop at. The cost of my Tee shirt just doubled. I hate subscriptions and in this case, it was so sneaky I did not realize I chose it during the purchase process.

PROCESSING FEES RIP OFF

I ordered 2 shirts (1X) & returned both for a different size (2X). Free shipping, both ways. No problem.

When I got home, there was another package, of the exact 2 shirts (1X)! Upon trying to return this order, they want to charge me $10.99 "processing fee," to credit my Catherine's account or get a gift card, with no processing fee. Mind you, I did not order 4 of the same shirts!

Upon contacting customer service, I got an Asia representative. Apparently, there are no USA representatives & the managers are in meetings. All the while, the representatives are communicating via online messaging with the supervisor, in the "meeting." So unprofessional.

One hour & 28 minutes later, nothing got resolved. While on hold, I started looking at the reviews. OMG, absolutely horrible & lots of common denominators with the "processing fees."

I have Catherine's credit card & have been a faithful customer for decades. All I wanted, was for them to refund the $10.99 processing fee. Simple.

They've lost a loyal customer, over $10.99, I've written this negative review & now we have social media. A very powerful tool.

THIS COMPANY'S GONE DOWNHILL

I ordered flannel nightshirts from this company 6-7 years ago, and liked them. So, I placed an order for a flannel nightshirt again last week. Well, they claim it's flannel---but when it arrived, it was stiff as paper. I washed it in hot water thinking that would soften it up. No luck. Plus the catalog shows it being blue and pink. It's actually black and pink. UGH. I should have checked this site before placing an order. I am out of the money for a product no one should have to endure sleeping in.

Customer Service is Horrible

I ordered a coat and some underwear. My package arrived with the coat but no underwear. I called (and got some overseas representative) who stated that the underwear were "reserved" to be shipped in April of 2026...it is now November of 2025. I told her that I am not waiting that long and she said to can cancel the order and then reorder with a different color that is in stock. Then she proceeded to tell me she could not give me the sale price that I originally paid. I asked to speak to a US based representative, she said she can't do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said the supervisor will tell me the same thing. I asked to speak to the supervisor anyway and was put on hold for 38 minutes. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. They used to have excellent US based customer service. Now they farmed it out to subpar overseas operations. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

If i could leave no stars I would

If i could leave no stars I would. I ordered 2 skirts and they were the wrong size. I sent them back for exchange. The Woman Within only gave me credit for 1 skirt in the form of a credit to my account. After calling the customer service line. I was told the refund for the 2nd skirt would refunded to my PayPal account. It never was. This is a fraudulent company that steals your money if you need to return anything. The customer service reps over seas and just read from a script, they can't help resolve anything or they just outright lying.

the order arrived five days after purchasing

have to admit that purchased a pair of shoes, and then looked up the reviews which i normally do prior to spending any money. immediately i reached out to customer service and asked to cancel the order, the rep immediately reassured that the order was in process, well today the order arrived. the quality of the shoe is okay, glad that the experience wasn't fraudulent. maybe they've made some improvements due to the number of negative reviews that are out here on the net.

I Would Not Recommend Them…

I placed an order with Woman Within in August 2025. I received my order, minus two items, in August 2025. The quality of the items was not good, one item arrived damaged. Later, late in September I think, I got a letter from Woman Within saying that they were unable to get payment for an item I had ordered, and that if I did not respond to the letter by calling, they would cancel the order. By this time, I had completely forgotten that two items of my original order had not been sent. Since I had forgotten, I concluded that I did not need them, and therefore, I did not respond to the letter. They would simply cancel the item, and I considered the case to be closed. Yesterday, October 26, 2025, I was checking my bank account information to see whether my property tax payment had cleared my account yet, and discovered that Woman Within had placed a charge against the account used for my property tax payment, for an item that had been backordered (but which I had forgotten I had ordered, and which I had thought they would cancel (since I did not respond to the letter which said that the item would be cancelled if I did not respond). I called them and told them that the account they had charged was SPECIFICALLY for paying my property taxes, and they MUST CANCEL THE ITEM, and they said they can't, but that if I call the next day, someone would cancel it for me. So I called this morning, and was told that, "Sorry, the order is already being processed, so it can't be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives." I told them that yesterday, I would told that they could cancel it, but they said no, they can't. So I called my bank, but since I had used a debit card, I could not place a stop payment on it. I am a retiree, the money that Woman Within is taking from me was meant to pay my property taxes. I asked them to cancel my account with Woman Within, and they said they're unable to do that. I asked them to delete my bank account information from their system, and they just asked, "Is there anything else I can help you with today?"
