The hardwood is sourced straight from the manufacturer and by marketing directly online, we are able to offer premium products at the most competitive prices. There's nothing beyond Wood and Beyond
I've used Wood and Beyond a couple of times in last 15 years for engineered wood flooring and been very satisfied with everything from range, value, contact and customer service and delivery. Have just ordered Dasso bamboo decking this year for installation next couple months, will plan to update my review with my experience of this product in due course, after some hard work and trying to remember measuring twice, cutting once, etc 😁

Terrible quality and customer service
Terrible quality and customer service. Initially had issues with delivery due to the fact that the address had been put on the label incorrectly. The company refused to accept any blame and charged for redelivery despite the fact that what they had put on the address label was incorrect. We then did not unwrap the table top for some time due to our kitchen not being ready only to find significant damage. Unsurprisingly again the company are unwilling to take any responsibility or offer any kind of resolution due to the fact that too much time has passed. The majority of this damage could not have happened in transit so clearly they are sending out damaged products despite claiming to undertake quality control on all orders!

We are sorry that you feel this way. While we appreciate your frustration, we would like to clarify that the damage was first reported approximately 7 months after delivery. As the tabletop had remained in the customer's possession for such a significant period, neither we nor the supplier were able to determine when or how the damage occurred, or verify the condition of the item at the time of delivery.
We fully stand behind the quality of our products and take any reports of damage seriously. However, for us to investigate and offer an appropriate resolution, issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after receipt. Unfortunately, after 7 months, this is no longer possible.
We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, but our decision was based solely on the length of time that had elapsed since delivery rather than a refusal to take responsibility for a verified fault.
