An absolute gem in Holt. We visited whilst staying with a friend locally, and we wish we had a shop like this near us in Dorset!

The fleece blankets are fantastic quality, and we’ll almost certainly be buying more. Everything from the products and branding to the lovely personal touches and follow-up service feels thoughtfully done. Martin and Tom have created something really special. Please keep doing what you’re doing!

popped in here just for a look with my 2 fluffy pups. Great find! managed to find my teeny tiny Yorkie a harness and collar that fits! she only has a 10inch chest, and 22cm neck.
The owner was fabulous and popped her upon the desk and fitted her for us so no guessing needed. camt praise him enough. Will be back for a winter set!

My order arrived quickly, just what I needed, and a lovely little treat wrapped up too for my dog with a thank you card, the perfect personal touch!

My experience of dealing with this fabulous shop was absolutely exemplary from the very first contact.
I contacted Martin because I was unsure about leads and collars for my dog.
He advised me on size and colour and I was able to select exactly what I wanted. A couple of days later the most amazing parcel of beautifully wrapped products arrived.
I was kept informed every step of the way from when my order went through to when it was posted and then I was given tracking details and finally, Martin contacted me when I should have arrived received my parcel.
The products are beautiful. As I have already said they were beautifully presented it was more like receiving a present than something I had sent off for. Customer service is 2nd to none.
Would I recommend this shop? I can honestly say it has been one of the most pleasant, easy and satisfying shopping experiences I have ever had. It felt absolutely top-class. I can’t recommend the products, customer service and presentation more highly. I have already recommended them to my friends and I will definitely be shopping with them for everything that I need for my dog. Thank you so much for making your customers feel so special and so valued. I really feel that the shop goes the extra mile and our dog even had a beautifully wrapped biscuit as a treat that we really didn’t expect.

Always a first class experience! We visit the store when holidaying in Norfolk and buy online once home. In both instances, the service is exceptional. In store advice is knowlegable and welcome. Online service is prompt with items securely packaged (and often containing a doggie biscuit treat!)

The doggy biscuits purchased were lovingly packaged with a personal touch and included a complimentary treat.

The service was good, the freebie biscuit was hard as a rock so was a bit disappointed.As the little yorkie normally loves them.

What's not to like?

Ordering was easy and they were very quick as sending us the goods. We've also been to their shop and the people have always been exceptionally friendly and their expertise is highly valued.

We had previously had a good experience when purchasing dog chews online here. When we chose a drying coat from Ruff and Tumble, it was advantageous to place our order through Woofers and Barkers as their free delivery threshold was so much lower. The coat was delivered quickly, with a hand-written Thank you acknowledging that we were return customers. Also enclosed again was the gift of a dog biscuit baked from natural ingredients. We shall continue to shop with them, and plan to visit in person in the near future.
