Outstanding Customer Service – Highly Recommended!

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Workshopping. A brilliant company to deal with from start to finish, with exceptionally helpful, efficient and proactive customer service team.

We ordered a large set of Sealey garage cabinets and were amazed that they arrived, in less than 24 hours of placing the order. Fantastic delivery service!

There was a small issue with some missing adjustable feet for the larger cabinets, but the team were incredibly proactive in getting the matter resolved, making the whole process completely hassle-free, and they arrived by DHL a day later.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to provide such excellent service.

Had an issue with the parts the manufacturer (Sealey Cabinets) supplied, Oliver was fantasic in getting it all sorted out and replacement parts delivered. I'd highly recommend them as a seller, very customer focused and really went the extra mile with the communications over it all.

Currently having an extremely frustrating hard time ordering a simple item with workshopping (which is a trading name of Barry Carter motor services who have 3.9 star rating on Google!). I actually decided to use them because of this 4.7 star review rating as ChatGPT suggested them, however I’ve since found out that it’s Just a trading name for Barry Carter motor services who don’t have very good reviews unfortunately, if you Google their official company name and search for reviews.. I will update/amend this review within the next 24 hours if I come to a solution with Barry Carter motor services, but otherwise, as mentioned not enjoying the service currently and feel like I’m being massively messed about. This is not how you treat customers and it’s certainly not professional! We’ll see what happens and if I’m satisfied within the very near future I shall amend this review, otherwise I shall leave it as it is.

Excellent customer service

Really impressed with the service from Workshop Shopping. We purchased a Sealey dehumidifier from them and they were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with from the start. They answered the phone straight away, were really helpful with arranging delivery and kept everything nice and straightforward.

We had a small issue when it arrived with a damaged screw, and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out by next-day post with no fuss at all.

Great service from start to finish and a company I’d happily use again. Highly recommended.

I bought a large Draper toolkit from Workshopping. It contained a blade, but they contacted me instantly to explain they needed ID. After that, I received my order really quickly, and really well packaged. And the tools were brilliant! Great experience.

I would recommended Workshopping, the service was excellent and Oliver was very helpful!

When my parcel arrived the box was completely destroyed, so took pictures immediately and spoke to Oliver at Workshopping. He was totally apologetic about how the parcel arrived and gave full reassurance that should anything be wrong the matter would be rectified asap and with minimal hassle
He even contacted me after the weekend to see how we had got on, thankfully everything was fine and it was just the packaging.
What a lovely and refreshing change of service received, none of this well its your fault and having to fight to get anything done.

Bought a tyre inflator which has had a couple of issues during warranty period. Customer service has been faultless - replacement units sent very quickly. Oliver was tremendously helpful!

My go to spot for Adblue, Brake cleaner, Screenwash etc. Excellent services as always at the keenest of prices. Highly recommend!!

I bought a Sealey tool cabinet for my partners birthday. Delivery was fast (2 working days) but sadly the first one was damaged during delivery despite being well packed. I emailed some photos straight away and had a new one the following day! Excellent service! Very easy to get hold of via email or on the phone.

Very quick delivery. Ordered a Sealey trolley jack on a standard delivery and received it the next day. Can’t fault the service. Thank you.

Price was very good, delivery was swift even though it was the Easter weekend, I spoke to Oliver who kept me informed on delivery dates. Overall this couldn’t have been much better. Great Experience. I bought the Sealey Superline Pro range of storage by the way. I had a lot of units.

Great service, from start to finish. Easy to use website and ordering process, very quick delivery and customer service was excellent! An issue (not the suppliers fault0 was resolved in a very timely manner!

Seems like a drop shop. Price seems good, says it’s in stock, you buy. Days later, when you’ve had to chase them up, they ‘suddenly’ discover that due to an error it’s no longer in stock. They pretend to have immediately refunded you, which is a lie. My bank immediately notify me when a refund has been actioned. 3 working days after claiming to have refunded me, my bank apparently knows nothing about it. I will never try and buy from them again

Update on previous review;
Unfortunately there was a fault with the item purchased which meant that the product had to be returned to the manufacturer under Warranty.
Oliver at Workshopping could not have been more attentive and helpful with processing my warranty claim. Communication and updates were spot-on from him, as he was liaising with the manufacturer on my behalf. Thanks to Oliver, the situation was resolved and all ended well.
Sometimes things don’t always go as we would like and, although no fault of Workshopping themselves, this company stepped up to the mark and I’m grateful for not being left to sort things out myself. I’d not hesitate to buy from them again in future. It’s proof that they’ll be there for you if you need some input. Thank you Oliver. 👍🏻

Regarding your comment that I informed you after the collection, this is not correct. I informed you on the same day, by replying to your RMA email on 19 July. The collection took place on 24 July.

Excellent company, I placed an order yesterday at 2pm for 320kg and today around 12pm I received the order. Very attentive, they kept me informed of the entire process. My trolley arrived in perfect condition. I recommend Workshopping 100%

Ordered from this company online as it was at a great price. Website said in stock.

6 days later, got an order cancelled notification. Reason, not in stock and discontinued model.

They are still selling it online and the manufacturer sells them directly at a higher price.

Cant help thinking they advertise things at a cheap price to get you to buy other bits as well and then kick you out on the cheap (bait) item.
