It looks like a scam. Someone called in today to discuss about membership. Asked me a bunch of questions and and in about 5 minutes started pressuring me for payment. Told her send me the available options and I will pay after reviewing it. But was not ready to send. Kept insisting that I make the payment first and then if I want to change later it can be refunded etc. She can hold the line while I go through the options. Told her I am not comfortable and need my own time to go through. Email me the options and I will get back. She kept the phone. It's been 6 hours I still haven't received the options. So yeah, Definitely it's a scam.

This is a Scam. They fleece you for $299 to join up for life then try to charge you $500 more for press releases and other things - trying to charge it directly to your back account without permission. Thankfully my bank flagged it and I said no. When they call you, they are outright rude and aggressive. DO NOT SIGN UP.

This company is a complete scam. I've been trying to cancel my subscription since June. There is no-one to speak to, just an automated number that asks to you email.
I've emailed 4 times and filled in the contact form twice. As they requested a create card you cannot cancel (only get chargebacks) although they charge again. I've contacted the American trading standards. STAY CLEAR!!!!

BEWARE—THIS IS A SCAM. This is the most unprofessional organization I’ve ever encountered. They must pay a lot for keywords and advertising because at first glance they look legit. After paying the $150 join fee, they tried to charge me $500 without authorization. Thankfully my bank flagged and blocked it. There is no way to speak to a human when you call, either—you have to submit an email, which is super suspect. There have been other bizarre things that have happened, like random strange phone calls where they say your name and then hang up. They’ve done absolutely nothing for me as far as networking. In their latest scam, they read off a card and told me they'd be putting my bio in some featured something or other. They kept rambling on and on about the benefits and since I am very busy, I asked them to cut to the chase and tell me the bottom line cost. They sounded offended and (I kid you not) raised their voice and yelled, "But I haven't told you all the benefits yet!!!" HUH? I told them to cancel my membership (which they probably haven't, or they will reply to this saying I never had a membership there, but I've got proof in writing). As I was saying this, the woman kept talking over me and reading off all the benefits I'd receive. It was truly bizarre. I can't believe I wasted $150 on this. Will be joining Chief instead - I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. No idea why they are allowed to continue to do what they call "business". Save your money, time and frustration.

I felt uneasy due to the number of scams out there. I read through most of the negative reviews and had the same experience. Yes, a woman called me saying if I use a Mastercard, then she would only charge me $250 for the lifetime membership. This may be a scam because, with this particular card, the bank will always notify me when they decline a charge; I never got the text. The other thing is that the woman pre-warned me that my card may deny charges from their company, and for me to put her on hold and go ahead and approve the charges from WWA, "red flag." Well, luck for me, the charge was declined. I canceled the card and had the bank send me a new card. I should have stuck to what I always do, NEVER GIVE OUT CC INFO OVER THE PHONE. I am a member of other professional organizations, and I am never harassed to join or renew yearly fees. Thank you to everyone who posted a review on this site.

In July 2023 I signed up for a five years membership and paid 99 USD. I only received on email after I paid for the membership, but on the 12th of September 2023 WWA charged me for 299,99 USD. I have not received any bill and neither a receipt for the paiment.

There are hidden fees. I signed up for a lifelong membership for $150 and then subsequently (a month later) after not communicating with any one from the service had a $500 for a "Multimedia Press Release". I NEVER was informed of this additional cost, or did I approve this charge. I reached out any they refunded me but my honest impression is this is a useless organization. There are better ways to build a network.

RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!! Don't give these people any info about you. I called LinkedIn for a professional complaint because "WWA" found me after I filled out a form to join their LinkedIn group.

It is not what is presented to be. Also, there are hidden terms and fees. You can cancel and ask for a refund only 24h after you place the payment, while you will have access to what they are offering only 4-5 business day after you purchase the membership. So if you don’t don’t like what you get, you are stacked with it.

They presents a large community and social network of over 250k members, but their facebook page has only 700 followers, not any activity from members at all.

These and more makes me suggest to not invest your time and money on it.

I did not receive a receipt, I was only able to access the certificate once and it has since disappeared. Then tonight on September 11th, without consent, they charged me $499 for an unknown reason. I did not consent to this and my bank assured me that this is 100% illegal to do so. They did not ask permission to keep my card on file or charge me that amount.

Recvd many emails offering a discount rate for a 5yr or lifetime membership. This was followed up by a call from them and the rep was professional but persistent. Shame on me, as I didn’t do any reviews research. I figured if the $99/5yr membership was a scam, I wasn’t out too much. As an aside, the right doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They continued to spam me incessantly even after I signed up!

Here’s what is NOT said. They will charge you an unauthorized $499.95USD for ‘extras’. And I suspect that was just hidden charge #1 based on reviews read here and elsewhere. I immediately emailed them AND filed a chargeback with my financial institution. To their credit, they refunded the $. Unethical at best, scam business model for sure. I want nothing to do with them and cancelled my membership. We’ll see if they follow through on that. I hope you’re reading this before you sign up.

After I said I was not interested in applying for their "membership" and to please remove me from call lists and email lists, I still received calls and once again, emails. Even after unsubscribing and writing to them to request removal, I'm getting emails.

So glad I read these reviews before responding to an email I received, congratulating me on my successful application to WWA.

Every piece of information in the email was completely inaccurate (I did not apply and I had not spoken to them). I was invited to complete my application by completing my profile and thankfully, being naturally sceptical about such things, I checked here before clicking on anything.

It is so challenging for legitimate businesses to function nowadays, when there are so many scam set ups using and abusing the internet.

It was my mistake that I clicked on a link, and since that I keep getting calls from Worldwide Woman Association 3 x a day from different numbers even though I told them I am working and I want to cancel . I told them this was harassment. They do this for a week. Can you stop harassing people??!! I can not report you to RCMP because you call from the USA. I blocked numbers but you guys keep calling from different numbers.

Scam site, I saw this ad on linked in and submitted my name and phone number to join, from that day, I have 10 calls everyday asking me to join. The act very professional, I told them to take me off their list and not to call me, still I get calls and messages. Please don’t fall into the trap and pay. I would give minus if there is an option.

Absolute scam. No legitimate associate would call back to back 7-8, or more, times a day. Hanging up when I answered a few times. And when I finally answered again bc I was tired of continually blocking numbers from NY day after day for WEEKS which in it self is harassment the women on the phone wanted to jump me for answering the already fed up like "you don't know whose calling you to be answering like that". I know it's someone who I have blocked no less than 50 calls in the past 3 or 4 weeks. Guess she's missing out on scam commission, no respectful, legit company would be so pathetically desperate.

This company is a scam! You undergo a telephone interview - the person on the other end is totally disinterested and keeps switching the volume off while you’re speaking! You can say a load of waffle then she comes back on the line saying “you did great -you passed” and then tried to get you to sign up for £450 membership.
Luckily my bank stopped the transaction but this company harassed me and harassed me to get money out of me.
Avoid!!! They do nothing
