They printed the labels. Sent them to me. Job done. What's the problem?

I was concerned about the reviews that I wouldn't receive them etc, so I phoned them up.
I admit that no-one answered my 1st call, so I left it a couple of hours, called again, and then a lady did answer. Nice woman.

They are a small family business. She said they were working round the clock to get orders out because of the impending mail strike.
I ordered the labels on Thurs, and received them Mon, without paying special delivery.

As someone who runs 2 small businesses, I know how difficult it can be on occasions, which is why I'm taking the trouble to write this here. Get a bit of balance to the bad reviews.

Summary:
As far as I'm concerned, they have 'done the business'... and done it well... so good on 'em!

And, by the way, they are v nice labels too.
I'm v happy....

I may be one of the rare customers who love this company but I truly do!
At first I found the same as other reviews have stated - iron on labels kept falling off or sticking to the iron. I found this was down to the heat of my iron settings so now I just put it on medium to full heat and put a small thin flannel between label and iron and hold it there a while. They're then so strong that they become nearly impossible to get off!
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY YOUR CLOTHES as the heat will drop them off - we air dry so this doesn't affect us.

I also highly recommend the stick on labels, the ones that go inside shoes and on lunch boxes. Ours have gone through the washing machine, dishwasher, hand scrubbing and inside shoes and we have yet to replace any. If you correctly put the clear sticky label over the top you won't have a problem. I was very hesitant at first but now buy them for friends and family as I am such a big fan.

Absolutely useless. Every single label fell off after 1 wash! What a waste of time

Shocking items, ordered the iron on labels and every single one has come straight off after the first wash, customer service absolutely hopeless, such a rip off as they aren’t even that cheap compared to other companies.
I shall be spreading the word on school social media. Really wish i had read reviews online first.
But if you try and read the reviews on their own website they won’t load !!!! Also when you submit your own they go for review before they allow them to be published!!!!
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Don’t bother! Bought the stick on labels and none survived the first wash. Expensive and inadequate. Will revert to a sharpie and handwritten!

Received sticky labels today and very disappointed with quality also difficult to take individual labels from sheet over 20 of the 60 labels stuck together. My advice "do not buy sticky labels and best of all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" and finally the price I paid was expensive for what I received, never again will i use this company.

We've used this Company twice in the last few months, ordering labels for my Father-in-law, who has recently moved into a Care Home.
They've been efficient and reliable on both occasions and we've received the order in a few days.

These don’t last! In two weeks I have now had to redo all my boys clothes as the labels don’t last! Paid for express delivery too which took ages! Avoid!!

The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Verging on outrageous. I have never experienced anything like it. It was almost comical it is so bad but not funny as I knew I wasn't going to get what I wanted even though I had paid way above the odds. I should have known when there was no phone number to contact that something was not right.

Terrible. Haven’t received my order. When contacted they said they would look into it and haven’t heard since. Very disappointing.

Terrible service. They sent me the wrong spelling 3 times even though i spelt it correct. Ordered express delivery which was not express delivery. Terrible customer service how can you spell the name incorrect 3 times??? Avoid company at all costs not worth it!!!!

The labels were received promptly, but alas the iron on labels do not stick at all. We had to resort to a pen.

I paid for express delivery which is meant to be next day despatch. My order wasn’t despatched until 3 days later. When I questioned it they just fobbed me off with template apology emails (which they obviously send a lot of!) they even sent exactly the same email twice, completely ignoring my points! Would not recommend if you want your labels quickly! And terrible customer service. Will not be using again.

Labels not received 2 weeks after ordering. Emailed, no response. Called, rang and timed out. I’ll be raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Brydie Parkes was brilliant - excellent customer service! I had to amend my order and she did this right away and got it sent out. The really nice thing she did, was send it out at no extra charge as a gesture of goodwill - thank you so much Brydie! You the best!!!!!!

Quick service and the 'Made in the UK' labels are of good quality. The wide woven labels are of poor quality and I will not be coming back for these.

Labels of abysmal quality - when tried to escalate complaint they weren’t interested - poor customer service - would never use again

Avoid this company - labels fine but customer service terrible. I bought a next day delivery for 3 times the price of the items but it arrived 4 days later. I had to chase them up 3 times and ask for my money back which they refunded but not to the amount of a normal delivery cost. They said they had despatched them 'next day' and that the cut off is 7am in the morning! What customer expects that the current day is not counted (apart from a reasonable time)? They never called me back preferring to email snooty emails about their terms and conditions. This is an example of how not to do it.... deliberately mislead customers and then write several emails all for £1.50!

Fast delivery and great quality stick on labels. Will definitely use again.

Great service. I ordered some of the personalised kit bags and boot bags. They arrived promptly and seem to be of good quality.
