Darren Atkinson arrived on time and was very polite and answered any questions that I asked

Mark Willmott was very professional and personable. He explained the process, talked about his experience, and asked about our plans for the kitchen. A great representative for the company, and a pleasure to have him in our home.

April/Rubie, took the time to listen, understand the issues and offer a couple of potential options to resolve it, offered different ways to communicate, and was able to find a suitable option that completely resolved my issue.

We found Ana very friendly and helpful it took a long time to sort this out but Ana bless stuck with it she was extremely nice and helpful so thank you so much Ana and was nice speaking with you regards Mrs M Solomon

Not keen on the on hold music on waiting but Thank you to Donna the Wren customer services , she was very friendly , listen to my concerns and approachable and is able to redirect me to correct services for my appliance replacement With ease .

Even though we had a damaged and a missing part, this was resolved easily and in a friendly manor.

We bought a kitchen from wren literally 2 years ago

We noticed there are chios in most off the doors
We had a video call with an agent from wren
He agreed there is any millisious or galdes in the doors and said he can see there's obviously a problem with the doors

We just received an email from wren
Saying thank you for proving photos and video call after our investigation we believe that there was some form off impact to the doors

When clearly there are slow sliding hinges on the doors along with small rubber attached to each corner of the door to prevent any impact

And the agent admitted this on the video call saying there doesn't look like any accidental damage and I can see you have the dlow closing hinges to prevent any impact yo the doors

Can wren answer this question for all customers and all potential customers

How can your colleges agree with me over video call saying there doesn't seem to look like any accidental damage

And how is it possible for there to be any dort off impact to the doors with slow closing hinges and rubber impact protectors also we're the doors are all damaged there ain't anywhere for the doors to hit as the doors have a gap in between them so they don't touch and behind the doors there us nothing but thin air and even if you tried closing the doors a bit more harder the slow closing hinges prevent it from ant impact along with the rubber impact stoppers on each corner of he doors on the inside

We have now asked wren for SAR
And will start court proceedings against wren

As they are falsely accessing that there was accidental damage when they clearly admitted there wasn't any accidental damage over the video call

So for any potential customers have this in mind before you think about spending over 5k on a kitchen that hasn't even kadted 2 years

And the other part is there miss honesty not willing to put something right when they clearly know it's a manufacturing fault

You haven't hit a leg to stand on with all the evidence I will present

Very efficient, on time with good updates on arrival time. Made sure everything was protected and carefully brought in the delivery with thought to what would be used first so the fitter could access what was needed in order. Friendly and polite. Would highly recommend. Delivery team and entire company.

M McCarthy came for our final measure today. He was very professional and friendly and approachable. He explained his process before and showed me after - put my mind very much at ease.
