I purchased a kitchen form Wren in Newtownabbey N.Ireland and it was delivered mid June. It was only installed beginning of last week. My installer had noticed that i was an end panel short on my delivery. I phoned customer services and instead of waiting in a que i requested a call back. 15 minutes later i received a call from Amanda in customer services. What a lovely polite and understanding lady. Nothing was an issue at all and she arranged the missing part to be delivered to my home within a week. Great service and customer care. Well done Amanda.

Both Ben and John were friendly and polite, explained what they would do in terms of delivering items and were respectful of my property and efficient.

Paul was brilliant kept it simple told me what to do and how it all works going forward has me really excited for the store visit coming up, hopefully this level of service continues throughout.

Mike was very helpful and positive while doing our home survey, making me excited for the next step of the process.

Working with Wren has been a complete nightmare - my parents who are in their late 60’s with disabilities are currently with no kitchen / water / gas for over 2 weeks! We identified dead space and gaps / no alignments with the design - but once you have signed the contract with them - you are trapped. Endless promises of emails and return calls but we are no further forward.

Mitchell & Toby were both very efficient and understanding about where we wanted different parts to be left. They arranged all the kitchen to make it easy for us to fit. The whole process was extremely easy and the whole delivery was done in 35 minutes.

3 Dean spent a long time taking very precise measurements in our kitchen and bedroom to ensure that our design can be realised. Great communication before he got here with texts and calls giving an accurate time of arrival.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wren Kitchens. I originally started designing my kitchen around December because of the winter discount. Unfortunately, the process became extremely frustrating from the beginning.

The first designer became ill, and I struggled to get appointments. Some appointments were also cancelled, and eventually my design was passed from one designer to another. I had three different designers in total, and it took several months before the kitchen design was finally completed. Throughout this process, I felt that there was very little care or interest in getting the design right.

After the kitchen was delivered and my builders started installing it, they discovered a serious problem with the American-style fridge freezer. It was too large for the position shown in the design, and the fridge doors could not open properly because they hit the breakfast bar.

As a result, I had to completely change the position of the fridge and make additional changes to the kitchen. This should have been identified during the design and measuring process. Whether the problem was caused by incorrect measurements or poor design, I believe Wren should have taken responsibility rather than leaving me to deal with the consequences.

I had to make several trips to the Swansea showroom, which wasted a considerable amount of my time. Eventually, someone advised me to contact customer services. I was then told that I needed to make further changes to the original fridge area because otherwise it would not look right, meaning I had to spend more money correcting a problem that should never have happened.

I was also told that replacement parts would arrive on the 17th, but this was later changed to the 19th. By this point, the whole kitchen process had taken nearly **eight months**, causing me significant stress, wasted time and additional expense.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I expected much better design support, communication and responsibility from a company like Wren Kitchens. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Wren checks every measurement and appliance position themselves before placing an order, because unfortunately I did not receive the level of service I expected.

Home was surveyed by Kevin Turner - Arrived within the agreed time window despite difficult parking arrangements in the area and quietly got on with doing a great job

I visited Wren Lakeside showroom today. All the guys were super friendly and helped me to find the exact product I was looking for. Amazing work. I will be back.

To accommodate a service on a Sunday is brilliant. J Braker was very professional explained what was going to happen and we are looking forward to seeing our design in the showroom later this week.

Richard from Wren was amazing and very helpful and understanding managed to sort out my problem straight away. Thanks Richard.

Richie could not have been more helpful in resolving my issues. He’s emails have explained all the details of the resolution. I suggest you use him as an excellent example when training other staff. What is particularly good about wren customer service is that when I talk to them then are empowered to make decisions and resolve things on the spot.

J Lomax did our home survey today. Excellent customer service and really helpful.

The suveyor K Smith was very polite & professional. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, he took time to listen to our proposed plans for the kitchen before he undertook the survey.
