Firouzia was very helpful when he measured our kitchen. He knew what to do and answered questions on things we needed clarification on.

Please can someone help? Our Wren splash back was due to be installed today, but one panel did not fit. No one has called to advise a revised installation date and then the Wren provided electrician got annoyed at us and said he can't keep coming out, (making me very fearful that no one will remove and reinstall our sockets on the day the splash back fitting is rescheduled). It's been awful and turned what should have been a pleasant experience into something so stressful. 4 damaged cabinet doors, and then one of the replacements arrived damaged. My wife was in tears after the splash back template measurer arrived and said your new hob and extractor will need to come out. . (the same lady who carried out the initial kitchen measurements). Then more delay when a tall cabinet was found to be too deep, resulting in an oven having to be repositioned. After paying Wren's kitchen and installation invoice in full on June 20th, 6 day's later we received an invoice from the installer for over £2000.00 'supplementary' charges? The Truro Manager asked if we had read the contract when I queried this, but why would we have expected supplementary charges after being told in store we had paid in full? It's been one issue after another. The work started on 27th July and we still don't know when it will be completed. Wren customer service have been very good, which is one small mercy. I litrally don't know who to turn to now. Please could someone just let us know a revised date for when we will have our splash back installed? Has the panel that did not fit been re-ordered? Please help us Wren. .

Martin & Bradley , we’re very considerate of my property , stacked the kitchen with care and asked me where I wanted the delivery placed . They took their shoes off every time they entered my house , winch was very appreciated .

Following my review on Trustpilot re worktop problems ( outside of the 2 year warranty), Wren contacted me directly, we spoke about the issue and they offered financial assistance to have the issue addressed, even though they had no obligation to do so. Great customer service.

Kay listened to my issue. He looked to see what he could find out as to what had happened, and proceeded to sort out a replacement asap.
This will be delivered on 21/08/26.
Kay took this action, rather than wait for the info from InPost, for only then to send out a further item.
So I would like to thank Kay for seeing the bigger picture, and ordering a further replacement sooner, rather than wait to see the issue from InPost, only for this to be then need a replacement later.

The customer service that we have received from Wren was top classes, the lady who a want to give a big thank you to. Her name is Angelique. Definitely 10 star🌟 for her .

Given the predicament that we found ourselves in, Richard did everything to remedy the situation. Sadly the service, communication and process has been inconsistent and frustrating in equal measures.
We are delighted that the customer service after care is there, it seemingly out weighs the lack of instore service.

D Turco from wren visited our home to measure up for new wardrobes and a new kitchen, he was very friendly and extremely thorough, spending extra time to ensure his mess were accurate as our kitchen is an awkward shape.

We are partially through the fitting of our kitchen at this point. We are pleased with the fitters and the quality of the units. Wren has also dealt with a couple of queries we had very professionally and swiftly.

Spoke to Bethanie last week Friday regarding a refund that I hadn’t received and queried some surplus items. We agreed on a video call on Monday, 17th as I was tight on time. Bethanie called me as promised and went through each item with me. Not only did she solve the confusion with my refund. She also took the time to go through the other items with me and arranged for a refund as a gesture of goodwill. She was polite professional efficient and friendly and I’ve already received a refund for one of the items so many thanks, Bethanie much appreciated.

Although there was a bit of delay in ordering our bedroom furniture as there was a back log with not having a fitter, we did eventually have a delivery date. Delivery was excellent then following week the fitter contacted us and arrived next day. They both worked all day in one bedroom then returned next day to complete the second room. The standard of fitting, communication and slight changes that was necessary was complex to a very high standard. I have no problems in coming back to have my third room also renewed. Thank you
