O Firouzia came to the house on time. He is very polite and professional. He kept us informed and asked lots of questions of what we were looking to keep, what utilities we had. Nice man.

J Braker was very good at doing his work and chatting with me. He did his job perfectly without us getting in our way. Overall J Braker was excellent and no problems.

O.Ogunfowora was exceptional and really good and respectful when he delivered his service from his delivery to customer service was amazing , from his phone call letting me know when he would arrive till entering my housing we was so respectful and explained everything to detail. Also when doing things he asked question to understand what we have as a plan and was really brilliant , and even showed the plan and 3d kitchen when completed to our current kitchen in 3d and was a real credit to wren kitchens

Dan Hatton came out to measure our kitchen today and we were hugely impressed by his professionalism, enthusiasm and thorough approach to his work. He communicated the appointment details beforehand, arrived punctually and was an all-round pleasure to deal with.

Contact was brilliant as I received texts and call to keep me right up to date with delivery.

Very good surveyor, I Caplin, came to survey for our new Wren kitchen. Highly recommended, very professional and helpful, and a very nice person.

We ordered our dream kitchen from wren just to be extremely disappointed when it arrived absolutely battered. Customer services were helpful in getting replacement units sent out the following week. However, these units also arrived damaged and have to re-order replacement units again! It's not good enough when you spend thousands on a kitchen.

The showroom manager showed no interest at all in our disappointment and told us to put it in an email and we'll get some parts by Tuesday. It is now Thursday, our fitter is arriving tomorrow and we are yet to receive these parts or even an email of acknowledge from him!

We have had no kitchen for over a month now and our new one has been delayed by 2 weeks already due to damaged goods not being able to be fitted. No compensation can be offered at all.

We cannot praise the service from Wrens enough, from start to delivery it has been excellent. Our dealings with Ian the sales man, the delivery men C Sach & Samuel even the behind the scenes staff has kept us right upto date with progress. As the kitchen hasn’t been fitted yet we can’t pass comment on the end result such as after care, but would happily recommend Wrens to others.

Customer service call with Ana was very helpful. The initial information provided when the call answered was accurate and the option to call me back was great. No waiting on the line.
My parts arrived in 2 days and I was updated with tracking throughout.

Samuel was able to assist me with my query in a very professional, polite and helpful manner. He guided me through using a video call to show the issues and then how to send the relevant photographs by email as well as to place and pay for the order. He reassured me that were we to get disconnected he would call back, which was good to know.
Samuel was really nice to deal with, patient with my limited computer skills, and spoke in a calm, clear manner. He is a credit to Wren Kitchens.

Mohamed & Amin were brilliant today in delivering our kitchen. The communication was spot on in terms of keeping us informed when they would arrive. When they did get here they unloaded the kitchen really well and took good care. They then organised the kitchen in to a compact way so that it didn’t take up any unnecessary space. They were brilliant from start to finish, thank you.

Jemma was fantastic. She understood the situation straight away, handled everything professionally, and was friendly and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend Wren, particularly because of the excellent customer service team. It’s clear that they genuinely understand and care about their customers.

ABBIE SMITH WAS LOVELY, EFFICIENT, SHE WAS A PLEASURE TO MEET, SHE CHATTED TO US WHILE SHE CARRIED OUT HER MEASUREMENTS, VERY PERSONABLE, SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY !!

I have to say that the after sales customer care is very poor from Wren communication doesn’t exist between showrooms and customer care - after 5 attempts to get an issue sorted I was fortunate to finally get someone who actually was extremely competent and cared about sorting my issue so thank you for that Samuel - Wren need more people like him
