Bethanie was very helpful sorting out the missing items from my order & arranging a refund.

A few days ago, I posted a review about the nightmare I've experienced with my kitchen installation with wren. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse.
Just to update everyone: I have been without a water supply in my kitchen since 13th July (19 DAYS). Because my cooker delivery has now failed twice, everything has been brought to a standstill. Wren have put my kitchen island in the wrong position to make room for the late delivery and due to this, they can't connect my water.

Today, Wren told me that my water won't be reconnected until 10th August. That's four weeks without running water in my kitchen—four weeks without being able to carry out basic everyday tasks.

I genuinely cannot understand how a company can think this is acceptable.

If you're considering using Wren, please think carefully. My name is Julie Lyle, and I'm more than happy to share photos and videos of everything I've been dealing with so you can see the reality of my experience before making your decision!

My advice would be if you want to purchase from wren, get your own fitters as this is where I have went wrong!

Our home survey was performed by S Heggie. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. He took time to explain the everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress free. We were very impressed with his service and highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and took great care with every measurement

Excellent customer service. We returned to purchase bedroom furniture after having the most beautiful kitchen from Wren 18months ago. Friendly and professional from the offset, nothing is too much trouble and great communication. A lovely gent Sam Wright visited today for a home measure, again professional, thorough and friendly, carried out with the least of fuss. Looking forward to the next steps.

Awful company that are less than honest or trustworthy. The staff at the Luton branch are terrible. Designer Akifah told my wife and I we couldn't have a corner unit, which we already have in our existing kitchen. We felt pressured into paying a deposit to secure a discount on 19th May. We have no final design and only a provisional agreement as we were told we can still make changes. We requested a refund and to cancel the kitchen all together 3 days later. Akifah only acknowledged the message to pressure us into not cancelling, no refund given after weeks of waiting. I visited the showroom to ask for a refund, they said only managers can authorise this and Oliwia, who claimed she was a manager, said she would action this and I would have the money in 10 days. Again, no refund after weeks of waiting. I called the store, was told a male manager was busy in a meeting and will call me back. Also claimed Oliwia no longer worked at the showroom. They never called me back. It's the end of July and I have had no contact from them and no refund. Absolutely appalling and disgusting way to behave.

Every time I called Wren. Everybody was so helpful and spoke English.
I've dealt with Kiren and Amanda.

I Kvetkovska is a friendly lady and approachable person she measured kitchen and she was happy for me to leave her to it, she came on time and text 30 minutes before hand to confirm it

Had a home measurement done by A Simpson today. He was very nice and answered all questions asked politely. Looking forward to seeing the new kitchen design
